"This house was everything it promised to be. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had all the things we needed to cook in, and more. The beds were all comfortable. Plus there was plenty of room in the house to hang all of our winter gear. The basement rec room provided a great place to see the Super Bowl. The winter views were wonderful, and the cottage was very cozy. This is one we hope to return to. The host was also very accommodating. "

"Property was immaculate. Very clean, well maintained and in a perfect location. We had a golf group and played the local course (Arrowhead) as well as Sand Valley. This property was within 10 min of both. We also enjoyed the lake and rented a pontoon from the property owner. We highly recommend this property!"

" We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm.
