Rome Spanish Steps
We were extremely unhappy with this property, from check-in until we left. There were 2 small thin towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, and the first rolls were half empty. There was no water, no coffee, nothing but bare walls. Very dark apartment, down 2 floors from street level, and the interior lighting was not adequate. Smelled musky and damp. When we contacted the owner, she simply replied I only rented you the apartment, nothing else. There were two bathrooms and only one useable with a small shower that leaked — you had to turn off the water after showering due to the constant drip. True other bathroom had a tub but no operable shower. You would have to sit in the tub and use the hose. It was pretty dirty, as there was hair on top of the towel rack. The bedrooms were both up very narrow stairs and both bathrooms were downstairs which made it unsafe to walk down in the dark, especially for my husband. Had we have known this we would not have rented it. Whenever I texted w/the owner she became very defensive and just said everyone loves my apartment. We went out and stayed out everyday until after dinner since it was so depressing. It was 2 floors down and you had to walk up two flights of stairs to go out. The lift was small and hard to figure out. The morning we were leaving, she was adamant that we get out exactly at 10 and we were waiting for our driver to help us. Sadly, I think she only cares.only only cares about herself the ot

Location!!!
Very communicative host. Eugenia was prompt with responses. Location was excellent atop the Spanish Steps. Rental was extremely spacious. Eugenia also was receptive to us checking in a few hours early. We appreciated the stay- especially the air conditioning!

Perfect Location, Accommodating Host!
We highly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location on the top of the Spanish Steps was amazing, the apartment was lovely, and Eugenia was very accommodating. She organized a transfer from the airport, allowed us to store our luggage earlier than the check-in time, and was very amenable to our last minute request to have two more family members stay in the apartment for one night. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location
We were very excited to stay in this apartment because of its location and how specious it was. However the apartment had a lot of chipped paint that was all over the floor in every room and didn’t make me comfortable with the children staying there. Otherwise the location was amazing with you walking out of the building and being at the top of the Spanish Steps.

Great spot to stay for viewing the main spots of Rome. Eugenia was very responsive and helpful in arranging transfers for us. The apartment is very clean. Air conditioning & wifi work well. The building is secure - keys are a little finicky. Showers worked well and needs were comfortable. Some updates to the decor and the stability of the loft are probably coming for

Great option to be close to all of Rome experiences
I recently stayed at this wonderful apartment in Rome, and it was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right at the top of the Spanish Steps and close to the Trevi Fountain. Being so near to great restaurants made dining out a breeze. The apartment was perfect for our family, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the city. Additionally, the hosts even arranged private transportation for us back to Rome airport, making our departure smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Rome!

Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay. The check in and out were entirely remote with clear communication. The location near the top of the Spanish Steps was wonderful for walking to sites. The apartment had everything we needed. Both sleeping spaces require climbing stairs, which was not a problem for us. The host has a list of recommended restaurants nearby as well as the location of stores. The washer was helpful for our trip as well. Thank-you Eugenia!

Spanish Steps mini stay
We loved staying at Eugenia’s property. It is in a prime location at the top of the Spanish steps and a great shopping area. Climbing the steps several times a day helped us shed some of the amazing food on offer in the area. The apartment was lovely and clean and a great place to relax after dealing with the crowds converging on Rome. Would definitely stay again and Eugenia was always available to assist via WhatsApp

Perfecto!
The place was perfect and made our stay in Rome a memorable one. The location is FANTASTIC! (We walked everyday down to the Pantheon for dinner). A taxi station was 50' from the door. Most impressive was the owners attention to detail. She even arranged for a taxi pick up for us for 3am to shuttle us to the airport. 5+Stars!

Family trip to Rome
The location of the accommodation was fantastic, 50m or so from the top of the Spanish Steps and a great base for exploring the other sites. Communication with the host was also first class ensuring a seamless check-in. Accommodation was exactly as shown in the images.

Location, location, location!
This property is at the TOP of the spanish steps. Great views. Fantastic access to shopping and dining. Property was as pictured. There are steps to both the bedroom and the loft, fyi. My daughters loved sleeping in the loft. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus for our family! Check in is contactless which was perfect for our late arrival. Owner was responsive and checked in to make sure that we didn't need anything. We had a great time!

Amazing place!
Excellent location, immediately adjacent to the famous Spanish Steps, close to great restaurants, cafes, shops, and wonderful to walk around morning and night! Eugenia, our host, was superb, very responsive, and very helpful. The place is well stocked with clean bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, and washer (no dryer). Rome is walkable; we had a leisurely walk to the Vatican one day, then to rest our feet, an easy ($10) taxi ride for 4 of us to the Colosseum the next day. This place is highly recommended, and we would love to come back! Thanks Eugenia!

Location location location!!
Location can not be beat. Tons of restaurants stores around this location. Quick metro to all attractions if not walkable. Just make sure you know which metro exit to use if going on metro! We had an issue with keys getting stuck in lock but owner was very responsive and helpful in getting it resolved. Apartment building has an old Roman feel to it but well maintained and apartment was very comfortable.
