Super apartamento en Roma
Hola, Mi pareja y yo estuvimos muy muy agusto en el apartamento una semana. El primer día vinieron a recibirnos, cosa que fue muy acogedora. Mantuvimos el contacto y siempre que necesitábamos algo estuvieron para atendernos. Está muy bien equipado y tiene de todo lo que necesitas. Es muy bonito acogedor y los anfitriones lo entregan muy limpio y tiene muchos lindos detalles. La ubicación fue perfecta para nosotros, el metro está cerca y hay una línia de autobús bajo de la casa que lleva a todos los lugares del centeo de Roma. Muy muy bien conectado. Cómo íbamos a estar una semana entera también agradecimos quedarnos en ese barrio que era más tranquilo que el pleno centro. La gente del barrio es muy simpática y hay muchos comercios cerca , tienes todo lo que necesitas! Agradezco mucho haberme podido quedar allí y creo que fue muy buena elección. Muchas gracias!

Excelente apartamento.
El Señor Fernando nos recibió en el apartamento con gran cordialidad y nos dió todas las explicaciones, incluso nos recomendó lugares para visitar y para comer. El apartamento es muy cómodo y completo y está ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y seguro cerca del metro. La hemos pasado realmente bien.

Séjour de 5 nuits
Très bel appartement, lumineux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est bien situé dans un quartier vivant comprenant beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants. Sa situation géographique nous a permis de profiter pleinement des trésors de Rome (Le bus 87 qui passe au pied de l'immeuble et le métro A qui se situe à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement permettent de se rendre rapidement dans le centre historique de Rome). Notre hôte Fernando a été très accueillant et bienveillant. Nous ne manquerons pas de parler de cette bonne adresse autour de nous. Et peut-être qu'un jour, nous aurons le plaisir de séjourner de nouveau dans votre appartement !

Can’t ask for a better place and location !
Close to Appia park, easy access, minutes from Appia Nuova street, minutes from subway, minutes from Rome historic sites, free parking, nice Roman very safe neighborhood and above all, a modern, clean apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay,.. and a wonderful host (Fernando)..and the list goes on.. we were really impressed!!! We are definitely going back.

Outstanding choice for visiting Rome
The property was very clean. The location was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and even included napkins and paper towels, just like home. There is so much positive about this place. I read the reviews before I booked and all the favorable reviews are accurate with how amazing this place is. The host was very kind and spoke very good English. The map of Rome and recommendations for groceries, restaurants, etc. were perfect. If you are going to Rome, this is the place to book! Very close to Metro and busses that will take you all over the city.

A la découverte de rome !
Nous avons passé 10 jours, dans le logement de Fernando situé "Colli Albani" au pied du parc appia antica. Notre hôte maîtrise parfaitement le français et l'anglais. Il est très réactif aux messages et fait tout pour optimiser notre arrivée dans les meilleures conditions. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir voir les précieux conseils de notre hôte (situation, metro, restauration, magasins, visite de Rome) et de son fils qui avait pris le relais. Le quartier est calme, très bien situé pour visiter rome . Il est aussi tres vivant ( restaurants, glacier, superette, nombreux commerces). L'immeuble n'est pas tout jeune (manque un peu d'isolation) mais comme l'appartement bien entretenu, sécurisé, tout le nécessaire et disponible. Nous recommandons cette location et leur hôte. Arrivederci !!!

A perfect place to stay while visiting Rome!
We are a family of 5 and we stayed comfortably in this quaint and fully equipped apartment. It has everything you need while visiting Rome. Truly a home away from home! Our host Fernando was so kind and helpful, especially when my luggage was lost! He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and gave a wealth of knowledge about the area. There is an amazing coffee shop right next to the apartment and stores and restaurants all around. The bus stop is a few steps away, that leads straight to the city and the metro stop is only a few blocks away. This place was simply perfect for our family! Enjoy!

Absolutely Perfect
From booking to checkout, this apartment was perfect. Fernando was so helpful and welcoming. The location of the apartment was ideal…close to the metro, quaint neighborhood and safe. Tolles Appartement und nette Gastgeber
Es war phantastisch! Von unserem Host wurden wir sehr nett begrüßt und haben viele wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen.Mit der U-Bahn oder mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich; auf zwei Balkonen kann man abends nett sitzen. Unmittelbar am Haus ist ein Café in dem wir morgens immer mit einem Espresso und einem Cornetto gestartet sind. Wir würden das Appartement wieder buchen.

Excellent apartment, location, and away from crowds
Fernando was an excellent host from meeting us as we got off the Metro to showing us where the locals eat and shop! Very clean and secure apartment in nice neighborhood and right next to the Appian Way park. Hiking distance to the catacombs and the original Roman road if you enjoy a good hike. Also just three blocks from the Metro for access to all of Rome! Bus stops right outside if you’re out late and the Metro train has stopped service for the evening. Great cafe right below the balcony for a quick coffee and sandwiches to start your day. Excellent pizza right around the corner as well as small markets for cooking your own meals. We enjoyed eating on the balcony several nights. Would definitely stay again! Thank you Fernando and Francesca!

Best host and perfect apartment!
My friend and I stayed here coming to visit from America. It was our first time in Italy so we did not know much about transportation, food spots, etc. Fernando greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful and accommodating. He gave us great recommendations for food spots and let us know about the metro lines and buses (which was greatly appreciated since we had no experience using these systems). The apartment is located in a cute neighborhood area just outside of Rome with easy and close transportation to the city. There are multiple cafes and restaurants that are walking distance from the apartment as well. The apartment itself was well-sized and had some amenities that were very convenient for us while traveling. Our stay in Italy was amazing and Fernando added to it with his generosity and hospitality. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

Perfectly property for visiting Rome
We spent a week in the apartment. Everything was easy from the start. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful, we were met at the property and given all the information we needed. It was clean and spacious with everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk to the metro and only 7 stops to Termini. Buses also nearby. Access to Caffarella Park which leads through to the Appia Antica is 2 minutes walk away. It is a beautiful rural park with interesting archaeology and sheep. The neighbourhood is safe and all the shops and eating places you could need are close. This was our 4th holiday in Rome and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this apartment again.

Great location and host
This apartment was lovely - clean, bright and airy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Close to the metro (line A) which meant it was easy to get to all the sights. Wonderful stay near Caffarella Park
My stay at this flat was relaxed and comfortable, because Fernando was welcoming and friendly, and because the flat was impeccably clean and even nicer than displayed in the photos! Fernando answered all my questions and offered advice on places to see and things to do. He was very helpful and friendly and made the entire check-in process easy and relaxed. The apartment itself is lovely and bright and cleaned to a very high standard. The bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable - even for my friend's 85 year old mother! Truly a 5 star flat and one that I recommend and hope to use again in the very near future!! Thanks again to Fernando and his family! Catherine

Fernando a été d'un accueil chaleureux et très clair (en français!). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité et propreté de l'appartement, ainsi que l'emplacement près du parc Appia Antica et dans un quartier très sympathique et peu touristique (appréciable pour nous de sortir de la foule!).
