Great location
The location is great. The check-in was fast and easy. Adriano was very kind and accommodative. The place was clean but the furniture is too dated, i strongly recomend a refreshment because it makes the apartment look uncomfortable even though it was clean.

wonderful location
this home is beautiful, has a wonderful location, be warned that if you have someone that cannot walk steps well it is on the top floor and the lift only accommodates one person at best. and the upstairs bedroom has no privacy, but that aside it is a great apt. short walking distance to so much, it was a great place overall.

Rome getaway
We loved the location of this apartment. So close to Piazza Navona and very centrally located. The manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We were able to get in a little early. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be that the floors were not very clean. I would stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant and local to the city center. Our family enjoyed getting gelato right across the street from the apartment. Public transportation was easy as the bus stop was right across the street as well.

Grwat location
Restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Taxis conveniently lined up waiting if needed. Walking distance to Coloseum and Vatican. We walked everywhere!! We didnt cook in the apartment but has everything you need if you'd like. We were greeted upon arrival to show us the apartment and provide us the keys. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Rome
We had a great time! Wonderful area and very convenient to everything. Everyone in charge of the condo was super helpful and responded to everything I asked. We would definitely stay there again for our stay in Rome.

Clean and Comfortable!
This apartment was clean and comfortable for our short stay in Rome before our cruise. It had just what we needed and was close to everything we planned to see. If stairs are a problem the one person elevator worked just fine. It might take a bit for everybody to get up and down especially at our age (which was all over 60) but that was part of the charm of this very old building. We loved it!

GREAT apartment
The place was pretty perfect. Location was fantastic. Air conditioning was GREAT. Fridge wasn't particularly cold, but freezer froze fine. There were a couple of surprise charges AFTER paying for everything through Vrbo (additional "occupancy taxes" and deposit).

Quaint Apartment in Roma
Our family of 6 loved staying at this quaint apartment in the heart of Roma. It had a old feel about it, which I loved. The top 3 things I look for in a room is cleanliness, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. It was very clean. The beds were the best that we had in the 2 week we stayed in Roma. Thank heavens for the air conditioning. It worked great! We stayed in August and it exhaustingly hot. Our greeter was fast, efficient, kind, and on time. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent Location
This flat was super convenient and near all the great areas. Overall it had everything we needed but not quite everything we are used to in a vrbo such as cooking utensils, paper towels, little personal touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Short but sweet stay
The location is great and walking distance to everything you could want. You really feel like you are part of the community. The elevator is small (two people max) and the room is on the fourth floor so usually we took the stairs down and the elevator up.

Ideal Location
The apartment is in perfect location to walk to most places. Air conditioning worked great. Slept 8 adults comfortably. You do need to walk up 5 flights of stairs to the apartment but there is a 1 person elevator if needed. Quiet and comfortable, enjoyed our stay here.

Short Stay in Rome
Very nice place! Central and walkable. Clean with AC and washer. Although our flight was delayed, I was able to communicate with host and they were flexible in allowing the other members of our group to check-in without me. Elevator is very small and may require multiple trips if you have large luggage otherwise will need to walk 4 flights of stairs. Felt safe and many restaurants and cafes close by. Would stay here again.

Nice Apartment & Walking Distance to Everything
The apartment was clean and walking distance to everything. Check in process with Filippo was seamless, he was very friendly! We stayed in June and it was hot so it was nice to see the apartment has AC in every room and fans, too. The Management Co coordinated our car transfers from the airport and to the cruise ship. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in this apartment.

clean, convenient, walkable. Daniele the host was wonderful to work with, prompt to answer our questions and helpful. Offering the ride from the airport made the trip less stressful and recommendations re. luggage storage and allowing us to enter the apartment a little early was kind and helpful. Perfect Location
The apartment was very clean and very centrally located. Easily walkable to every major location and has a bus stop across the street. There is very limited seating in the family room for how many beds there are, but we didn't really spend much time indoors. Be aware, there is an elevator but it only fits a max of 2 people. Otherwise, there are 104 steps up to the apartment! (yes, we counted). Great wifi and there is a wonderful sandwich shop and a gelato shop just across the street. Checkin was wonderful and the hosts are very responsive to all messages. Highly recommend.

Great base to see the city
The apartment was a great place to stay if you want easy and quick access to all the sights of central Rome! We walked to and from the Vatican Museum, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona (sits right on it). The Colosseum and Vatican are nearly 30 minutes away on foot or an easy cab ride. We took a cab TO the Colosseum, but walked back comfortably. It did not feel all that far and taking in the city on foot is really enjoyable. The apartment itself is a bit old, but well taken care of. It was clean, in good repair, and the AC worked well. We were a group of five and the setup worked perfectly. Loft room has the tight and steep spiral stairs to deal with, but the benefit of its own attached bathroom. We never cooked so no feedback on the kitchen, though looked in good order. Received a good stock of towels, though some washcloth sized ones would be nice. The building was quiet, but the unit is above restaurants and in the city's heart. Expect street and dining noises late into evening in the warm months. Tiny elevator fits two, so our group hiked the stairs (4 floors). The host company was very easy to work with and had excellent communication (quick responses and informative). They even set up our van ride from the airport which we really appreciated. Despite being a bit early we were met with a very friendly representative who showed us around while the cleaning was being finished up. Great stay! Thank you!

Central, but noisy!
In our opinion, you would be better off lookjng for something, anything,off of this very noisy main street. It never stops. From the traffic, to the recycling and delivery trucks, to the non stop flow of loud motors, mopeds and trucks. At night yiu can throw in the drunken revellers who seem to sit outside this building. All is very audible from every room! Considering how expensive this place is to rent, I am certain there is better locations on much quieter atreets! For aure!!!

Great Location but on 4th Floor
Great location that is within a longer walking distance to the Colloseum, the Vatican and transportation. That being said, the apartment had some issues. The bathrooms were very clean but there was a strong sewer smell coming from the loft bathroom. The host also mentioned the dryer didn’t work on the washer/dryer combo which was disappointing since this was one of the main reasons for booking. The loft bed had two different twin mattresses, one of which was soft and the other very stiff and taller than the other, making the bed very lumpy. Also, beware this is in the middle of the city and you will hear noise from the streets at night. Overall, if you know what to expect in Rome it was good.
