Magnifica ubicación
Mi familia y yo hemos pasado 4 días de Semana Santa allí, y la verdad ha sido una experiencia magnífica. Lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento, y su terraza, las vistas son espectaculares, y la casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. La decoración de la casa está cuidada y muy bien. Por destacar algo no tan bueno sería que el salón es pequeño para más de tres personas y no tiene mesa interior para comer o cenar.

Amazing Views.
You could not ask for a better rooftop view. 360 degrees of awesomeness. Nikki our host was very attentive and was always available for any questions or issues. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Beautiful place
The condo was better than it looked in the pictures. It was a beautiful room with incredible views. Everyone we talked to ( owner and her assistant) was extremely friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t great but that is not something I would imagine the owner could control. I would recommend anyone I know to stay here.

Beautiful but some challenges
Gorgeous place, spectacular views from the shared terrace, rental itself had plenty of room for our group of 6 and we all loved it. Some things to be aware of: We rented this apartment the first and last days of our trip to Italy. Both times the apartment was not ready even close to the time of check-in. The housekeeper Nikki is so kind but the apartment is too large for her to have ready in 2 hours. The owner did let us drop our bags both times but check-in should not be advertised as 11:30 which was one of the big reasons we chose this spot as our itinerary was tightly scheduled. One bedroom was out in the open so little privacy. Lastly, the property was a little challenging to get to as the elevator only goes so far but we were thankful to have the elevator with all our luggage! If we return to Rome, I would consider renting again if our stay is two or more nights in a row and if our timeline lands us there midafternoon. Grazie!

Beautiful Adventure in Roma
Great location for colosseum. Metro nearby but we used uber for central rom sights Decent neighborhood. Plenty of wonderful restaurants. Super friendly staff. Clean. AC but set at 16C. On 5th floor it was comfortable but not cool. Would recommend for larger group. Grazie!

Probably my favourite VRBO rental yet!
I’ve stayed in a number of VRBO rentals over the years and this apartment in Rome is probably my favourite to date. The location is great and is walking distance to many Rome attractions and sightseeing hot spots. The apartment was better than the listing portrays it! It was clean, spacious, roomy and comfortable with all the necessities. The patio was spectacular! We enjoyed many evening sunsets with the colosseum lit up as our backdrop, with romantic violin music playing in the background making each experience very magical. We would 100% recommend this listing and will absolutely stay again if we find ourselves back in Rome. Thank you to our hosts for a great stay!

Awesome view
Looks better than the photos. Awesome terrace and view. However way too hot for us to enjoy. We were only there one night pre cruise. Perfect location. Three bedrooms total. One of which had no “walls” so keep that in mind. It’s open to entire home. Check in process was great. Communicated with owner prior to check in. Only downside we could see was… its a trek to the place. Very small but normal for italy elevator wont bring you to the top. Must traverse a very narrow open cement staircase to get to top. It was difficult with large cases. But owner helped with this on the way up. Id stay here again in cooler climate so we could enjoy the view (Rome was over 100 degrees when we were there) Also. Check out at 9 am was way earlier than we were used to, so had to be out very early. Not ideal for us. But we made it work. Thank you for the hospitality!

Perfect Location for Family Trip to Rome
This place was amazing and my family really enjoyed our first stay in Rome capped off by the breathtaking views and overall great apartment and location. The hosts made for an easy check in and were very helpful the entire trip. AC was definitely a place as it was hot walking the streets but always had a great home base to come back to and relax with the views.

Excellent 3 night stay in the heart of Rome! Property is as advertised with stunning views of the Colosseum and downtown Rome. Great cafes and restaurants all around. Near the tourist areas, but not a far walk off the main streets to some more local places. Owner and housekeeper were great and very communicative. Overall great experience

We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is incredible. Sitting out there at night with the coliseum lit up is an unforgettable experience. The apartment was perfect for our family with comfortable beds and an unbeatable location. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We would love to return and we would highly recommend.

Breathtaking view
We stayed here one night after arriving in Rome before a wedding in Sorrento. The view from the rooftop was spectacular of the colloseum & surrounding areas. They were kind enough to let us leave our heavy luggage in the apartment before check in while it was still being cleaned. They had an elevator for heavy bags but there is still some stairs to the upper floor just as an FYI. It was no problem for us. Great water pressure which I learned is not a common theme in Italy. Thank you!

Great location and beautiful place
We loved it here. Right by the Coliseum that you can see on the terrace. Great space and loved the lounge area on the terrace. Local shops and restaurants very close by too. Always felt safe and was very clean.

Awesome terrace with views all over the city!
We stayed for 4 nights in June. The apartment is on the top floor and there is a small lift to get up and down along with stairs. The best parts for us were the location (close to metro) and the terrace. We enjoyed every night there. There are local restaurants and shops very close and it is walkable. The beds and rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed one night before we embarked on a cruise but wish we stayed more. I loved Rome and this apartment is right in the heart of everything. Walking tour is no problem to see everything. Very nice place.

What a view!
This was an amazing place to stay in Rome! Nikki, the housekeeper was very nice and extremely accommodating! We don’t always get that kind of caring, personal service! The view of the Colosseum is spectacular and the apartment is beautiful. We had problems with the water and the host came right up and tried to help but our shower barely sprinkled and the water was ice cold. After the miserable Time we had in Rome, it would have been nice to shower but we weren’t able to. We were only there one night so we got a shower the next day. Our miserable Time had nothing to do with the place - it had to do with me being pickpocketed the first day and the thief stole brand new smart glasses out of my purse ( on the metro). And second day same thing happened to my husband but this time they got his wallet with over 500 euros, his drivers license, credit cards and insurance cards. Just not a pleasant way to start our trip. I would say that we would love to stay in this place again, but I don’t think we ever want to come back to Rome!

Great location and views
I liked this apartment. The location is great. It is only a two minute walk to the colosseum with great restaurants within a five minute walk. The views are just spectacular. From the terrace you feel your right on top of the colosseum and Forum. As others have noted the interior public space is limited, but the exterior terrace space more than makes up for it. We spent most of our evenings drinking wine on the terrace. There were five of us, all family. The interior sleeping arrangements were fine, although as some have noted one of the bedrooms didn't have any doors and lacked privacy. The AC worked great for our visit. It wasn't overly hot outside for the first part of June, maybe in the low 80s. The apartment stayed comfortably cool, certainly more so than the luxury hotel we had stayed at in Venice. This is an older building so there are some quirks. The water pressure for showers isn't great and there are some tricks you need to learn to flush the toilets. We all felt safe and secure in this apartment, and the building itself is in a great neighborhood. I honestly I feel safer walking around Rome than I do the downtown area where I live in the USA. My only concern was fire safety. All of the locks required a key to egress from the inside. In the event of a fire you'd need to ensure you remembered the keys to escape, but I'm an architect and worry about that stuff. I'd certainly consider staying here again if we ever return to Rome.
