"Great place to get away for a few days. Super clean. Beautiful view and a great little creek back behind it. Excellent kitchen, well-stocked and in the center of things. It would have been so much better if the fireplace was not broken. The big beautiful stone hearth was the main reason we got the place and it seemed so cold and dark without a fire and made being inside at night a little depressing. But if they get that fixed, we’ll definitely go back. It was a great location and a great cabin....

"This is our second time staying at The Outlook this year. As before we were greeted by deer on the property. They didn't seem bothered by us at all. "We had a wonderful weekend at Buck Haven. Janie and Cy, the hosts have thought of everything to make for a perfect weekend stay. The cabin is so comfortable and the views are amazing. We love sitting out on the deck and enjoying the scenery. Check in and out is very easy and they were very flexible. This was the second time we have stayed there and we hope to be able to do it again next year."

"This VRBO is a hidden gem, located deep in the woods. The road was a bit rough but once you get to the rental it's all worth it. The deck and backyard offer a breathtaking view. "My family had such a good time staying at this property. It was very well appointed, the surrounding property was beautiful, and the decor was so well done - I'd call it "retro cabin chic". "River Perch was amazing! We had a wonderful family long weekend in November with our two labs. Even in November, the kids and dogs had a fantastic time in the water- tubing, fishing and wading. The river was relatively shallow- no deeper than thigh high on my 12 year old. My husband tried to fish, but after 3 days gave up. Super quiet, clean, remote and has everything you need.
