"This place is very special indeed. Comfort plus, cleanliness plus, lots of kitchen extras supplied ( eg bread, milk, butter and many condiments). Easy heating options if needed. While it is in a suburb, it's about a 15 min walk to the city. Queen's Park is a very easy walk and a number of nice cafes nearby. I challenge anyone to fault this delightful home away from home."

"The property was very spacious and light. The tv was enormous,everything was there. Cereal for breakfast,coffee delicious. The beds were very comfortable loved nearly everything about this place. The only thing I found a problem was the shower over the bathtub. "

"We stayed at The Glen Iris property, not the Frangipini as listed here. The Glen Iris was perfect for what we needed. My family plus grandchildren all stayed and there were games and books for all age groups. Modern appliances in kitchen and laundry. Lovely gardens and grassed area for the kids to run around on. "

"This property was perfect for us to stay at as it was in close proximity of our family who we were visiting for Christmas, yet it gave us the flexibility to come and go as we needed. The property has plenty of space for 5 adults. Owner Chris was easy to contact and quickly attended to any issues we had and graciously allowed us early access to the house as we arrived prior to the 2:00pm check in time.
