"We had a nice stay. We had everything we needed for our trip. One suggestion, there's an electrical outlet in the bedroom right off the living room that needs to be replaced as it wouldn't hold a plug in place. Simple to fix which I reported to Jeremy. I would also suggest some new living room furniture to make guests feel more at home as the chair and the couch were not very comfortable. The kitchen had a nice stove and refrigerator. Also, ample counter space. Plenty of dishes and cookware....

"Had a week long stay and the house worked out perfect. Enough space for everyone and right on Higgins lake. The owner (Erica) was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. Even texted me to see if we needed anything extra and asked about our stay. I would recommend this house if you are looking to stay on Higgins lake. "

"Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!"

"We had a fantastic time at Blair's cabin on Higgins Lake. The location is perfect if you own a boat with a launch ramp two blocks away from the cabin. The cabin is truly a beautiful rustic cabin that was clean and Blair was very responsive when engaged to assist whenever needed. I would highly recommend this cabin for any stay at Higgins Lake and we will be back there for our next trip! 5 Stars all the way!"

"This is a lovely cottage that is a short drive to South Higgins State Park. The kitchen is spacious and is well stocked with pots and pans and utensils and dishes. The back screened-in porch is a nice little addition. We did not use the greenhouse/gazebo in the back or the fire pit. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed near Higgins Lake. "

"House was outstanding. Nicely decorated and well stocked with great amenities. Big kitchen table/kitchen area was ideal for family meals. Outdoor area had outstanding view of lake, nice outdoor furniture and great fire pit. Great space for parking. Neighbors were very friendly. Owners were very responsive and helpful."

"Perfect for a girls weekend. There were 8 of us that came together from all over Michigan, Canada and Ohio to spend a weekend celebrating and floating down the Ausable. Having all the rooms upstairs was like being at camp with a huge living room for us all to come together. It was perfect. The wrap around porch and grill were heavily utilized. I would 100% recommend this property for family and friend gatherings. "
