Perfect stay
This is a great property. It's very convenient for our travels down to visit our kids. Sue pays attention to every detail to make everything very comfortable. Beds and furniture are comfortable and kitchen is very well stocked with all that is needed. It's also located a house away from a nice little park.

We were here to visit family for Christmas. Our 2 adult sons joined us Christmas Eve and there was plenty of room for gift exchanges, food prep, and game playing. Felt like Grandma's. Best equipped house we have ever rented.

Truly is a heavenly little bungalow!
We needed a couple of nights to stay in Roseburg before a week long stay in Crescent City. We had no interest in a hotel stay and found this little gem which was just right for the three of us. Quite spacious for a smaller place, very clean and well-appointed and very well located for access to anything you need. Neighborhood was very quiet. Sue was very responsive and gracious. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Gateway to Oregon Beaches
Our weekend activity in Roseburg was canceled so we quickly pivoted to drive to the Oregon coast. This bungalow was a perfect start and end to the day. We slept great after a day exploring the coast! Thanks Sue!

Wedding weekend
My wife and I stayed at this property to attend our daughter's wedding in Winston Or. The place was really nice, comfortable and exactly what we needed to relax in after helping to setup the venue and attending the ceremony. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was really helpful when we needed some questions answered. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Thank you

Lovely little place.
We ate at the outside umbrella table. We enjoyed the personal touches, including the owners artwork. There was a real cool coffee maker that poured individual cups, I really liked the landscaping around the house. The owner was very helpful with directions for visiting Crater Lake.

Really Cute Cottage, But..
The house was really cute and was stocked with tons of utensils, laundry soap, etc. However, we could not find any extra blankets. Also, it's only fair to mention the house is on a busy street corner with a stop sign. Quite a bit of traffic, even into the late night, and many vehicles were missing mufflers.

It is clean and tidy. Everything is well organized, and the decorations are appealing. This is an older quint house converted to modern use. It gives me a very enjoyable few days! I wouldn't mind staying there when I am in the area next time.

Clean and classy with artistic touches and original art. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the Roseburg area. The house is centrally located with everything you need here within a short drive. We would definitely love to return!

Perfect locations if visit FALLS on138highway
Lovely home & very detail. The two bedrooms nicely decorated with comfortable mattress, and sheets. (Its important after hiking all day🥰). The kitchen is very much fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The back and front yard with table and chairs to get fresh air was nice. My kids enjoined the living room for entertainment TV with many family movie to watch and enjoin. I cant think of any negative to say about it for the price that Mrs. Sue offerrd. Would recommend to anyone who visit all the Falls on 138highway.
