Amazing Home
Wonderful home in a friendly and manicured neighborhood. All the comforts of a vacation in paradise. Home is meticulously cared for and shocked this caliber of home is available. We had a great stay with no issues. Host was responsive and flexible. A great stay! Thank you so much!

2nd Time - great home for Vacation !
This was our 2nd stay and the home is by and far one of the best we have rented. Has everything u need and you dont need to leave the property. BBQ 3/4 nights and enjoyed the pool. Super close to beach.

Girls Trip
It was a great girls trip in this beautiful home! The pool area is where we spent majority of our time. You have the best sunset view from this home! I would recommend this this home to everyone. The only downside was there were no fitted sheets for the pull-out sofa beds in the house. Luckily I have family near by that come through in a pinch. I would definitely stay at this home again. Dustin was quick to respond as well.

Everything you need for an amazing family vacation
If you are looking for the most breathtaking home for an amazing family vacation then this is your house. The house was more than we ever imagined. No need to ever leave the property because the house had so many incredible amenities. The best was being able to cheer on the Boston Celtics and watching them win the championship from the pool. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area where we had family dinners. This was the best house we have ever rented and will be sure to tell others about it.

Family fun
House is IMPRESSIVE and I would book again. Only negative is there was no hot showers the last 2’days and I did not ask why, and I have no idea why. Also we did not get to enjoy the little propane fire pit as it ran out of propane half way thru our vacation and propane is not provided, thought that was a little petty not to provide that. The cushions could be replaced outside but not a big deal. The house is spacious and the outside area is where we spent our entire 8 days. Very fun pool area and great outdoor area. Beautiful home in a beautiful area and our 4th time in this area. Nice restaurants heading towards Englewood Farlows and Sandbar are our favorites.

Relaxation
We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We contacted Dustin a few times while we were there and had very prompt responses. The outdoor pool and grill were used every day by our group. It was a very relaxing vacation.

Outstanding villa
Fantastic villa with several comfortable seating areas inside and out. Outside bbq / social area was a standout feature. High tech Light switches took a bit of getting used to - but probably more down to us! We hired some bikes and enjoyed our morning rides. If you don't know the area; the excursions we really enjoyed included Gilchrist Park and Fishermen’s Village in Punta Gorda, Boca Grande and walk around lakes at Broadmoor Park in Rotonda West itself. Dustin was great host.

Wonderful stay and a wonderful property + owner
We were taken aback when we first stepped foot into the house. It’s even more beautiful than the photos. The pool was pristine, the indoor and outdoor kitchen area were better than expected and we enjoyed cooking a few meals for our family. Near several great golf courses that I’d recommend checking out Check in was seamless as was check out. Very clean property and in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to questions. I would have no hesitation booking this property again.

Great vacation - Quality Home
The place was amazing. We spent most of our time in the lenai area: pool, outdoor kitchen and lounging. Outdoor TV was a great feature as well. Spacious indoors kitchen living room area. Loved the hot tub in master bathroom. Kids and grandkids spent some time with us there and everyone thought it was great. Dustin’s was very responsive on a few questions. We spent 13 nights there and are already planning a return trip for next year.

Beautiful home!
Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful, spacious pool home! Everything you could need was supplied. The outdoor pool area is phenomenal! The little ones loved the heated pool! This home is a short drive to restaurants and beaches. The owner is great to work with! We loved it so much that we have booked it for next year!!!

Wonderful Winter Get Away
We stayed 3 weeks in January. Our two adult children and 2 grandchildren joined us for a week. The kids spent a lot of time in the heated pool even though the outside temperature was only in the low 60s while they were there. And the owners supplied ample pool floats and toys. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to the Cape Haze Bike trail which we used almost daily with our rented bikes. Several beaches are only a short drive away, but our favorites were those on Gasparilla Island. There are excellent restaurants in the area (be sure to check out Isabella’s for Italian!), but we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and ate in most nights, grilling fish from the near by Placida Fish Market. And Publix is only a short drive (or bike ride) away. Dustin was easy to get in touch with if needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we broke our rule for never staying in the same area twice and have already booked it for our winter get away next year!

Beautiful, Relaxing Home
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We spent most of our time on the lanai—we loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen, and the outdoor couch/TV area. We saw an alligator in the canal daily—our kids named her “Allie.” The primary bath tub was also a favorite! Lots of R&R. Great Rotunda location close to beaches and shopping. Dusten was quick to respond and easy to work with. It was a perfect holiday trip!

Annual girls trip 11/23
Property was one of the nicer places we've stayed. Pool was definitely the best pool we've ever had. Only negative was the automatic settings on the pool. I wish we could have turned them off. Sometimes the waterworks were so loud we couldn't converse or hear the outdoor tv. Also, more lounge chairs would have been nice. We had 5 people and two loungers, but there were 3 really nice floats for the pool so it worked out. Same with whole house stereo. Sonos sound system was Excellent! However, we couldn't figure out how to turn off speakers in certain areas, it was all or nothing with those speakers! The home is in a nice safe neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly and there is great running/biking trail about 1/2 mile away. Loved the fact that there were 2 kings and a queen bed. Bathrooms were great. Nice hot showers. We had one small issue that was immediately taken care of. The cushions were missing on the outdoor sectional, but hopefully were being replaced. The kitchen was clean and beautiful, however it isn't equipped very well. There are no beautiful dishes or serving plates. The pots and pans are mix and matched, and not enough flatware. There are lots of glasses though! Biggest negative of the whole trip was no decent coffee maker, only a Keurig. All things considered would HIGHLY recommend this property. We had a blast! Loved the guest manual they have. Very helpful. Best restaurant award goes to.. Farlows the Water! Thanks for the suggestions!

A Slice of Heaven
I stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks with a combination of house guests coming and going. It was the best experience in a VRBO home any of us has ever had. The essence of this house is total relaxation in beautiful surroundings. None of us felt the need to leave the property for entertainment. The home has so many spaces to enjoy. We spent almost the entire time on the patio and in the pool. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching the alligators sun bathe on the banks of the canal. We watched the beautiful birds come and go and learned that they had daily habits that kept us entertained. The outdoor cooking space took grilling to another level. Dustin was an amazing host to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions that came up. This is a smart house and all the technology created some questions, but once we got the hang of it, we appreciated the ease of function. We will definitely be back. It is a dream home and Dustin and Sabrina thought of everything you could possibly need to make it a perfect stay.

A dream of a house
We had a wonderful time in this villa. We lacked nothing. The location was ideal, our pet alligator in the river behind the house greeted us every day. The pool and the outdoor kitchen were the highlights. We couldn't stop raving about it. The sporadic contact with Dustin was also very nice and our questions were answered quickly. In any case, we recommend it to everyone. It was a great vacation!

Modern House in lovely Rotonda
We stayed at this lovely villa for three weeks as we visit Rotonda every year and have for the past 20 years. We have stayed in a lot of lovely homes and this villa is certainly one of the better ones. Inside the villa was very clean and has lovely furniture and the beds are very comfortable. Although we do not cook on holiday the kitchen seemed to have all the essentials apart from a toaster. Our priority when booking a villa is the pool and the area outside as this is where we normally spend most of our time and this is where we feel was a big disappointment to us. I don’t wish to be negative because we had a lovely time in Rotonda as we always do, but when paying the amount that we paid it would have been nice to have used the pool more but unfortunately it was far too cool, the sea was warmer and I can honestly say we have never said that before. We did report this issue to both Dustin and the pool guy. Dustin replied promptly saying it was reading 86 so in other words that is good enough. Well I am sorry but obviously 86 is not warm enough for us, each guest has a different tolerance to water temperature and being British we like a warmer pool. There was also only 2 sun loungers under the lanai which is not sufficient for family groups. The furniture on the patio was very dirty and I had to cover them up with throws which is simply not good enough. So unfortunately we have to say due to the pool temp we probably would not return which is sad to say.

** AMAZING HOME **
This is our 5th VRBO stay in the last 3 years and this home is by far the best (and we have stayed at some nice homes). From the overall appearance to the well-stocked kitchen and living/dining room. To the bedrooms that the beds are extremely comfortable to the bathrooms fit for a king. And the back yard!!! I can honestly say we spent a good portion of our days eating breakfast - BBQ at least 5 nights and many lunches. And need i say.... it's very close to the beaches and a short distance to nice eating (Venice beach/district). Can't say enough to Dustin and his wife but thank you from my family to yours. Will be back. Thanks -Joe M

Stunning!
We stayed at this little piece of heaven for a little over a week. The home is gorgeous, well equipped, clean, and just perfect all around. The owners were friendly and so quick to respond when we reached out about additional guests coming. We watched some amazing sunsets from the pool, seen lots of wildlife, and ate some amazing food. We usually vacation at different spots ever year but this home has us wanting to come back here! Thanks for a spectacular trip!
