Very convenient location. House is spacious and clean with everything you need for a beach holiday. Could walk to the beach and back multiple times a day even with small children

Again, amazing!
This is the third visit for my family and I and we just love it. The house is kept so clean and each stay we feel so cosy and lucky to be there. This is really a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday. Well done to the owners for such a well kept, well organised and just a lovely property.

Had 7 stay after believing it could have been 10. First class and everything described on site. Spacious house with five bedrooms. Large lounge. Very easy access to beach.Could not fault house.

Perfect Location
Perfect location, shops are nearby but not too close to feel busy, beach is about a minute walk, and the layout of the house is perfect for multiple families/big groups. Plenty to do nearby with Waipu, Mangawhai and Whangarei a short drive away. Glynis was a fantastic host, incredibly accommodating and clear communication.

Lovely weekend with friends
This was our second visit with the same group of families. We love the location of the house, the layout, the amenities and the kayaks and bikes are such an added treat for the kids. It's an excellent property and I would recommend highly.

Boys trip to Ruakaka
We went to Ruakaka to play some golf, do a bit of surfing and enjoy some time away. The house was perfect for our needs, very clean and had everything we wanted to have a fun time. Thanks very much.

Home away from home.
Had everything we needed and more. Location was close to the beach, beds were comfy and had a good range to accommodate my extended family. Kitchen had everything we needed to make cooking a breeze. Loved the outdoor shower so didn't have sand going all through the house. Glynis was lovely, very prompt at replying to a couple of my questions. Look forward to coming back.

It’s true what the title says!
We absolutely loved our stay in Ruakākā! It’s a stunning house and location and it was perfect for 14 of us! It’s very well equipped, especially in the kitchen which was perfect for cooking and entertaining. Would happily stay here again.

Great place for a group of friends
This is a great place for a group of friends, or larger extended family. Lots of bedrooms, spacious and very well appointed kitchen, open plan dining & living area opening onto decks with a sea view. Highly recommended.

What an amazing home, we will be back. This is a 5 star home, lots of bedrooms and beautiful open plan upstairs. Thankyou for having us to stay. The kids love roller skating and scootering on the concrete paths, easy short access to the beach, great fishing and swimming :)

Incredible stay in Ruakaka
The location of the Bach was incredible. The kitchen had everything you could need. The Bach had so much space for 3 families so that kids and adults could spread out and enjoy time hanging out. The beach and dairy are within minutes walking distance. We will definitely return.

What a fabulous place to stay in. Caters to all ages and space where you're not on top of each other. Bikes, paddle boards and kayaks at the ready, with a short walk to the beach. Everything you need and more to ensure your stay is enjoyable and memorable

Couldn't ask for better
This property was an excellent place for us 1942ers to celebrate a belated 80th birthday with our partners as well. Lovely walks on the beach, after the cyclone, and not too far from Whangarei for us to explore the Town Basin etc. Good eating cafes and restaurants in the area as well.

Lovely big property. Very close to the beach with a walkway right next to the house. Lovely sea view. Lots of toys, dvds and games to keep everyone entertained. We’ll be back.
