I was here picking up my service dog. However, i would definitely visit again if i were to come back. it’s a lovely place and the drive to ruidoso from albuquerque is so scenic!

Amazing place and host
This rental is amazing for anyone who wants to stay in Ruidoso. My fiancé and I stayed for four nights, with others around the unit, and it was really quiet and peaceful. What we loved the most is the scenery and it is walking distance from all shops in midtown Ruidoso. I’d rate this place a five diamond easily

Cozy and Quaint
Perfect little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the bubbling creek. It's also walking distance from many great places to eat and buy treasures to take home. There are also many fun things to do in the area. We had a blast and cant wait to return.

Cozy stay in Ruidoso
This place was the perfect spot for me to stay while visiting Ruidoso. It was clean, cozy, and right in the heart of town. I am a solo traveler and felt very safe staying at this location. I will definitely be recommending it to any friends or family that make their way to Ruidoso in the future!

Best of both worlds
Found this hidden gem and am so glad we did. This previous place was truly the best of both world. We sat out on the patio overlooking the flowing river watching wildlife go by. Then walked a block away to various restaurants and shops. Quiet, peaceful but also in the heart of Ruidoso. This was our first trip, but won’t be our last. Thank you Reed for an amazing getaway…

The location of this property was ideal for walking to/from midtown Ruidoso. Cafe Rio (Pizza Extraordnaire!) and other establishments were minutes away. Not sure the hot tub is actually functional; we were told it was rented by another visitor but it was locked and closed the entire stay. Property is dated, rooms are small, shower is small, kitchen is small.

Enjoyed the area, right next to the river, the dog loved it and we loved it. Right next to town within walking distance of the main strip. We even saw a couple deer across the river. Ruidoso is awesome, and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!
Nice clean property, but this place is all about the location. It's perfect for having close walking access to the main street in town, the only time we had to even drive was to go skiing. We even had some deer right out our door one afternoon so that was a fun plus! I would say the only downside is you can hear all the other units around you. So depending on who is staying it can get kind of loud, we had a family with 2 kids above us so that got a bit disturbing at times. But overall this place was great for the price!!
