"The staff were amazing and helpful. The property was a good place to be in, especially for a family. The company is in the process of upgrading their new purchase, and are doing a fine job. I would suggest having small fridges and a microwave in the rooms, and real cups. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to staff!"

"Budget hotel. £24 a night. But it's actually a holiday inn express. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. WiFi actually is strong enough to use Netflix and prime. Pleased they've got the standard TV channels sorted.. I need a car jump start one morning and the guy on the counter didn't give it a second thought. Cheers mate. "This is a TERRIBLE hotel. NOT for tourists. NO signs. NO street access. You must carry your bags through the stairs one street below. It is terrible. I booked a room WITH PARKING, but no parking was available. I lost 2 hours trying to get in / out the suggested parking spot which I had to pay extra 12 pounds. I feel cheated and robbed. I encourage all tourists NOT to stay here. Will NEVER return. "

" Staff very friendly and friendly with each other, menu very poor, food apart from lobster was very good. Dining was very expensive for what you got. Cleanliness in hotel was very good, bedroom not so, went to make a coffee only to find the kettle disgusting, the spout was even full of dried sediment. Stayed here 20 months ago and I'm afraid the hotel has gone down and the prices up. Don't think it should be classed as five star anymore. Which is a shame because it is a beautiful place."
