"We spent 5 nights 6 days that included New Year's Eve and Day at this cabin with our family of 12. The cabin fit our family perfectly. We visited Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk and Downtown Boone on this trip. All within driving distances from this location. I would highly recommend this cabin."

"We stayed here to celebrate Christmas Eve and Day with my parents. The check in time was perfect as neither of us prefer to drive in the dark. The cabin was decorated for Christmas The beds were incredibly comfortable. We brought wood but the fire pit had plenty of wood. "The cabin was beautiful and had everything that we could need. "The only issues I had with this listing were caused by the lack of transparency by the listers. There were many things not listed that are important to note about this property. I would not have stayed here and won't again now that I know. This cabin is directly in front of a huge home and next to a storage shed. This is not private at all. The windows looked directly from the house into the cabin and there are no blinds or curtains. The lack of shower is briefly mentioned but what isn't...

"Everything was as listed and nearly perfect. However, I was unable to turn the main kitchen light on, which could be user error as it was remote controlled. I was also unable to fully flush one of the toilets, and lastly I was unable to get in contact with the host to get the WIFI password, so I had to use cellular data the whole stay."
