"We celebrated my 6 year olds birthday and it was a great time! She loved the tree house and the neighbor across put apples out for the Elk and cows to come through. The whole family enjoyed sitting out on the deck just star watching and enjoying family time! Highly recommend!"

"Great house, and process was very easy getting in and out. Kitchen is well outfitted, although we prefer stainless for healthy cooking, it had mostly teflon pots and pans. A french press coffee maker is a nice touch. There are heavy oil stains in garage, that are not a big deal other than being a concern in the rental agreement. Stay could be made better with shampoo/conditioner/body lotion in bathrooms."

"We had a great time here with our family which includes three kids five and under. Very clean, plenty of space, amazing selection of toys, books, games. Possibly the most well-stocked VRBO we have stayed in; the owners clearly care that their guests have a very comfortable stay!"

"My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Cozy Cottage. The owners have gone above and beyond ensuring we did not want for anything! We very much appreciated all of the little extra touches! The cottage was nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Close proximity to Tonto Natural Bridge and Wagon Wheel too! Would stay again!"

"We have no complaints about the property itself. Also there were no problems with neighbors. However the property next door to the east is very poorly maintained. There were several cars and car parts strewn all over the front yard and the property itself looks run down. Also the police showed up to the property one evening during our stay. That does not make one feel very safe. But again we had no interaction with those neighbors. a"

"Very clean, very comfortable and loved loved loved the front deck. We spent a lot of our time just swinging and rocking and enjoying each others company. Took the grandkids fishing at Bear Canyon Lake and Green Valley. Hung hammocks between the trees. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!"
