"My friends and I were looking for a place not too far out of Sydney to celebrate my birthday where we could just take a breather, relax and enjoy ourselves with good company. We were immediately impressed when we arrived at the property, the amenities were fantastic and we were all impressed with the pool, spa and sauna! The photos don't do enough justice. "Roger was a very helpful host and we had a lovely time there. The hot-tub and the upstairs balcony with the BBQ were the best parts. The location was in quite a built-up area with close neighbours and not much garden space, so not the best for privacy. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We do have one critisism however regarding the lack of curtains or blinds on the windows. It was mentioned by a previous guest but as it was a long time ago I thought it might have been addressed. Unfortunately not. The result was that there was no privacy in the kitchen and lounge which was off putting."

"Wow! I highly recommend this home. First of all, the Kiama beach house is in a perfect location. It was fantastic for a little family getaway since it fit all 10 of us! We had an amazing time there, and Amanda, the owner, was so lovely to chat with. "We stay at Sage regularly as it enables us to visit our daughters, however, over time it is becoming tired. The chair in the room was worn through on the arm, the curtains are worn and the worst part this time was the dank damp smell in the room - bit like wet dog.
