The Best Vacay Getaway

We loved our stay in this condo. The kitchen had everything you would need to make some fantastic meals. It was well stocked with beach towels, pillows, games and a great golf cart. Only wish it came with beach chairs, but no biggie. We loved sitting on the patio for coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon. We will be back!

Beautiful stay in nature

This place was beautiful inside and out. The condo was well stocked, the beds were amazing There was wildlife everywhere. Few things to note if booking through Vrbo I wish I knew. Don’t plan on swimming out front, it is only accessible through low tide which is great for exploring but not so much for swimming only real access to the beaches is via golf cart or driving. If you want to use the pools, restaurants, amenities on the island please note the 4.5% fee plus 55 a person fee . Extra 750 for us. We didn’t do it and still had a great time. But be aware as it’s 1/2 hour to almost anything

Relaxing and comfortable space

Great Family Stay

We had an awesome time on Fripp Island. The condo was just as listed and had everything we could possibly need as a family of 5. The owners were always very responsive and available to help when needed. We will definitely be back!

Sister get away

Perfect set up for our sisters get away. Cute condo with comfy beds and well stocked with everything you need. Beautiful sunset views. Golf cart was great for driving around the island.

Perfection!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was much bigger than expected and so well stocked- games, coffee, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets… I could go on and on. Having the golf cart was wonderful. We drove all over the island, checking out the houses, playgrounds and visiting all the shops. The property manager was quick at responding and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious condo

The condo was clean and spacious. The shower in the master bathroom was quite large which was a plus. The kitchen was large and fully stocked with essential hardware. The cabinets and drawers were labeled which eliminating searching for everything.

Granddaughters first birthday and first family vacation

This is a great condo,and all was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. The main living area was a little smaller than expected, but still nice. Fireplace is for looks.. no heat.. which is fine. Kitchen was awesome, well equipped especially the coffee station. The property management was easy to work with and very responsive. The only issue was not realizing until day of departure the two master bedrooms w/ king beds were so uncomfortable and way too soft, b/c they were sleep number beds?! It would be great to have signs/instructions to use these beds.. to better enjoy ones stay. My back/hips.. were miserable. The electric golf cart was easy to use, and an awesome amenity. There is no community pool access without purchasing amenity cards.. We bought amenity cards.. a total waste of $$, won’t be doing that again. The location was great.. with our granddaughter.. and timing of tides.. we used beach access # 1B which was perfect.. and we could walk back to the condo later in the day as the tide went out. That being said.. the going up & down stairs from the garage was a little much.. especially carrying all the food luggage etc. definitely park closer to elevators/use dolly to unload/load to make it easier. I would consider renting this place again.. very nice, clean, well appointed and well managed condo.

Beautiful view from every room!

Another great family vacation at Fripp! This house is equipped with everything (for cooking, beach time, even cruising the island on the golf cart) plus it is all labeled so you know where everything is and it can be put back in its proper place! Can’t wait till next year!

Beautiful Property

Amazing property, beautiful inside and amazing ocean views. Inside everything was labelled on the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen making it easy to find what was needed. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had an issue with the code front door lock which was handled quickly by the property manager. We have stayed at quite a few vacation homes in the mountains and on the water and this was positively one of the best,

Ocean Views from Every Window

The owner of this property has all your needs covered, including beach towels and a 6-seater golf cart. For dining in, the kitchen is equipped for any meal preparation…breakfast to gumbo, even baking. You will find a nice spice collection & keurig k-cups, an eat-in kitchen with barstools at the counter plus a separate dining area. Or you may choose to eat on the deck overlooking the ocean. Very spacious, tastefully and comfortably decorated. Fall asleep to the serene sounds of the ocean. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer.

Details Matter

We’ve been vacationing at Fripp Island since 2013. This was the first time we stayed in the Ocean Point area. We found it quite pleasant. This two story condo was very impressively appointed both in interior decoration and housewares. We typically cook the entire time we’re there and the kitchen was fantastically equipped! We appreciated the television’s and their locations as well as the master bedroom workstation that my wife and I both used. The master bath was stunning! As for the location, the deck and master bedroom views were amazing, which provided that soothing wave crashing background. Parking was very convenient as it was directly below the condo. The golf cart parking area was also nearby. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Newhaven Villa Fripp Island

We have been visiting Fripp Island each summer for approximately 30 years. This was our first time staying in the Ocean Pointe area and the Newhaven Villas. We had an outstanding experience. First of all, our unit was very clean, spacious, newly remodeled, comfortably decorated, with an exceptionally organized kitchen. The Villa was supplied with all the necessities including: laundry detergent, body wash/hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. All living areas had beautiful views of the ocean. During times of low tide, the beach was right out our door. The property manager was very thorough, responsive, and extremely pleasant. We would definitely recommend renting this Villa.
