"Our yearly visit to St. John was peaceful and pleasant. In This was our first stay on the East End and it was great. Communication from all parties involved prior, during and post stay were appreciated, especially during the storms and power outages. "The home was beautiful, in a great coral bay location with good access to the best north shore beaches, the east end beaches, and restaurants. The house had plenty of room, we could easily have shared with another family of 3-4 as it has two separate living areas. The amenities were very useful, especially the shampoo, soaps, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and cooler. "We all enjoyed our stay in this Villa. It was clean and roomy with nice outdoor spaces. Some of the furniture was new and some such as the dining area furniture was quite worn. The bedrooms were nicely appointed but be prepared for outdoor showers attached to the lower level bedrooms. Also no hot water in those outdoor showers. Since it was advertised as a villa where one could walk to the beach we were surprised to find the walk almost impossible over the rocky shoreline. We did enjoy the...
