"Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet"

"I chose to stay here for my first trip to St. Maarten, and I’m so glad I did. Everything about my stay was absolutely immaculate. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Ann, who truly made the experience even more special. "We love Terres Basses, but had to book alternate accommodations. The bedroom did not have any window screens which prevented it from getting fresh air. We found ourselves stifled and sweating every night even with the airco on. Without a restful night of sleep, we had to find something else."
