"Do yourself a favor and rent this house. We picked the location because we had people flying in from all over the country and Charlotte was direct. We hit the jackpot on this house. The location was perfect and the owner so easy to work with. There was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. I would like to come back in the summer and stay in this house again! "

"We will be relocating to the Charlotte area and are in the process of building a home. The cottage proved to be in a very convenient area for us and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The biggest thing is that we felt safe. Also, the rental was so perfectly stocked, we immediately felt very welcomed. There were fresh flowers, fruit, muffins, water, and a snack bag upon arrival. "We had an amazing trip at this beautiful property. We had a little family weekend away with all age groups from a grandmother in her mid 70s and as young as a grandchild age 16 and everyone had a wonderful time. We had an internet issue that the property manager was outstanding helping with even getting on a three way call with the internet provider twice with me. Couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. We will be back!!!!"

"The house is so very accommodating to both a work retreat and family. The trip started out as a work retreat. The home offers a great set up for separate bedrooms, 3 with stunning en suite bathrooms. The owners supplied more than 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 trash bags. A welcome tray was complete with wine, snacks, and ample s’more supplies. Once the work retreat ended after the first few days, then the families with children poured in. What a treat. "This was our first time to stay at Lake Norman and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The house is very comfortable and clean. The views are lovely and beds are comfy!
