Great apartment!
The property was clean and well stocked. Rooms were just as pictured. Great mountain views from the kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom. There is a large homeless population in the immediate area, so not the safest neighborhood to walk around.

Great location!
We stay in SLC 2-4 times per year to visit our daughter at The U and this is one of my favorite properties that we have stayed at. The building is in a great location near grocery stores and restaurants and pretty close to the U. The building is great and the secured parking is a definite plus given the current state of the homeless situation in SLC. The property is modern and beautiful and has lots of amenities in the building if you care to use them. The furnishings in the unit were perfect for the space and they had plenty of the things that are normally needed like toilet paper and coffee. I would definitely recommend this property!

Well maintained and very convenient location. Nicely outfitted condo. Comfortable stay. Safe and easy parking in the underground garage. Great communication and immediate response to any needs from the management group. We plan to make arrangements to stay here again on our next visit to Salt Lake City.

What a great place!
The place was impeccably clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfy after a long day of doctors visits and touring the city. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in SLC.

Great Property
We only stayed for a couple of nights. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Plenty of beds. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub are right outside your window. The area seems to be up and coming. But we were able to walk to most places we needed to get to.

Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour! C’est beau et accueillant, parfait pour 6 personnes avec 2 chambre de bain. Près de tout sinon la marche est agréable pour aller au centre ville, épicerie bio à 5 minutes de marche. La cuisine est bien équipée et tout est neuf! Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et réponds rapidement à nos questions et nos demandes. L’accès à la piscine c’est aussi un must ! On recommande Merci

Great location, comfy beds!
We really enjoyed our stay in SLC. The condo was walking distance from many restaurants, and driving distance to the Great Salt Lake and other area attractions. Though it was centrally located, it was also quiet, so sleeping was easy!

Was a great place, clean, quiet, great pool, and nice amenities. Water pressure in showers were pretty low...but that's the only thing I could find that was wrong! Great location near to alot of stores and less than 20 minute walk to convention center. It was super hot while we were here but the pool was amazingly cool! Highly recommend!

The facilities were nice but run down. The hot tub does not work and has not for a while. The pool was closed the first day of our arrival. It is not a large pool for the community it serves. There were no cue stick for the billiards tables. Everything was used and not well cared for. The master bed was very uncomfortable as was the furniture in the living space. The outlet in the main bathroom does not work so you can't dry your hair or curl it in that bathroom. But it was located close to the convention center. The parking spot was nice-though there is no parking on the street near the apartment.
