Nice house, great central location
This house is located in a quiet community with easy access to the freeway, downtown, airport, and a nice walking trail along the river. The main living room had a large comfortable couch that seated 5 of us easily. The highlight for all of us was the arcade game- the older adults all relived our Atari days and the younger adults enjoyed trying to beat our high scores! The kitchen was nice and had most things we needed (there were no storage containers for leftovers, minor, but a bit inconvenient). The stove top and ovens were great and the fridge was nice, however the ice maker was broken and the water filter needed replaced- it beeped constantly when we were getting water. The owner responded quickly and got us ice trays, but nothing to be done about the filter beeping and we couldn’t get it to silence. The house was clean and the beds comfortable. It’s an older house with some quirks, but we would stay here again.

Comfortable home with everything we needed
The home is in a quiet and mature neighborhood with grass and large trees. We felt very safe walking around and exploring in the evenings. The house has been beautifully remolded and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private backyard, gas grill and covered patio. The freeway and grocery store are nearby. Downtown salt lake is about a 10 minute drive.

Don’t touch the curtains.
I want to first start off by saying that this place was great. It was comfortable and loved that it was kid friendly. The only feedback/warning I have is to be carful of items on the wall. This house was obviously renovated and when the curtains were hung… anchors were not used (bedrooms, living room, etc…). The ice machine in the fridge was also broken, so that was a bummer too. All in all though, the house had everything we needed and it was in the exact location that we needed to be in as well.

Concert stay
Property was great for our weekend stay. We were attending a concert at University of Utah and it was about 20 minutes away. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay here again if visiting the area.

This house feels like a home
Spacious, well appointed (towels, hot water, cooking gadgets, dishes, plenty of seats at the table/on the sofas, places to set/store things, mirrors to get ready with, etc.) and nice, updated decor and furniture, with just a bit of rustic, old charm. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location for Volleyball Tournament
The house was great and met all of our needs. The communication was fantastic, the description was accurate and it was a nice comfortable place to stay while my son played volleyball at the Utah Athletic Center.

This property as clean, accessible and perfect for what we needed. It was comfortable for the amount of people we had (a max of 7) and it’s so nice to have a kitchen to cook and not eat out every night.

PAC-MAN!!
Drew’s place was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was conveniently located for forays into downtown and Ogden. Did I mention the video game machine? A huge hit with the kids; and also allowed me to relive my days as the high score holder on the Galaga machine at the roller rink. Drew was a gracious and attentive host. We will definitely book this property again.

Great quiet neighborhood easy to get Downtown
We had a wonderful family trip to SLC. With 2 kids, we wanted to be in a quiet area for family time, but to also experience all of the museums and child centered activities. The house had lots of space an well set up for families with children. The outside play area was an initial concern for ware, but was replaced while we were there (with plenty of communication). The furnishings all seemed new and beds were comfortable. Well represented on the site and made the family gathering all the better.

Cute house
This is a cute, clean, little house, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We were there as a family member had to have an extended medical procedure and it met all our needs. Room for the extended family and it was an easy drive to the University of Utah Hospital.

Gem in SLC
Appreciated the welcoming curbside appeal and freshness of the home. We felt comfortable from the start because of the calming decor, quality furnishings, and layout of the house. We appreciated being able to grill, the kids loved the toys and outdoor play structure/yard, and it was close to I15 for hoping around SLC. We also liked that the bedrooms were away from the main gathering living room so we could put the kids to bed and watch TV and hang out without worry of being too noisy. There were many details well thought out from shower shampoo/cond/body wash to bedside lamps with USB/plugs. We would stay here again if traveling in Utah.
