"Gut Berg is a great place for family relax vacation. We needed it and got what we were looking for. So we are very satisfied. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was good and amenities perfect. The pool and sauna after a day of ski is just perfect. "Probably the best deal in Bad Gastein. Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, in a great location right next to the train station, ski lift and supermarket."

"Great stay. Nice room and nice breakfast and dinner. Staff service was great. Shuttle bus to ski lift for 3EUR/person. Ski lift is not far away, but a steep uphill with boots and skis. We used the shuttle going to the lifts and walked home. We had half board option which was great. Drinks were not included for dinner, which I am OK with, but even tap water was 3 EUR, which I think should be included at a four star half board option. "

"Bag Gastein is a wonderfull villiage and the waterfall is amazing and just a few steps away from the hotel. Also beautifull routes to walk start nearby. The room are a bit dated but they are very clean and big. The bath was very nice. "
