Host had great communication! Location was perfect & we enjoyed the coffee & food trucks next door. This property is for sale so maybe the owners are ready to jus move on. With just a little effort, this rental could be 5 Star! Our opinion: put bath towels, hand towels, & washcloths in each bathroom. Upgrade spaces to include closets with clothes rack, hangers, & a luggage stand. The main bathroom shower drained slow. Add a few window treatments for privacy. Replace worn out patio furniture cushions & shower curtain. Mop floors. The basement bedroom/bath was poorly ventilated & smelled musty. Ask the HOA to clean the pool. It was nasty. These are pretty minor things that could easily remedied to make this rental an excellent property for repeat business. Best wishes!

The house was not ready when it was check in time. A house cleaner had to remove dirty bedding, remove trash, and change out sheets during our rented time. This would not have been a big issue but for my mother- who is 90 staying with us and had driven in the car for the past 3 hours. We had to take her out to eat while the person was cleaning instead of being able to rest in the house. There were no basic amenities such as toilet paper in some bathrooms. Wall paper peeling .... Alarm was chirping and battery needed to be replaced. These were some of the problems with our stay. The host tried to immediately correct some of these issues and allowed us to leave our luggage in garage until 2:00 pm on check out day since we had our vehicle being repaired. The house was nice but the rental started off on a bad foot.

Great place for a family trip to San Antonio. We enjoyed the food trucks nearby and the short walk to the Pearl. Kids had their own space and the adults enjoyed the rooftop patio. Hosts were great!

Our host was wonderful. We loved our location, the proximity to everything, our rooftop. We think there are upkeep things that need attention. The hall stair lights need lightbulbs. Otherwise, loved everything

Nice city townhome two blocks down the street from the Pearl complex and the Riverwalk. 5 minutes from Trinity University. Secure, easy to get in and out of, modern, well equipped. Quiet neighbors, including a nice coffee wagon and a taco shop. Three stories and a fourth story that's a nice rooftop patio. Host was easy to connect with. Includes a garage spot and a spot right out in front of garage. Secure, easy, happy that we stayed there.

Great place

Came to San Antonio for are sons Air Force BMT Graduation. 20 minutes from lackland. Clean. Food places outside were really good. Great communication with the host. Also close to the river walk. Highly recommended.

Great location and place to stay! The place turned out better than I expected. There was plenty of room located between the 3 floors and an added bonus of a rooftop area with a great view.

Family celebration

Clean, modern and lots of room! Well stocked kitchen! Great location walking distance to the Pearl neighborhood and 10 minutes from the river walk. The pool was refreshing. A little warm to be on the rooftop in late June but super cute and we did catch a sunset . Loved the yacht club right outside the gate great coffee at drippys and amazing breakfast tacos at Naco. Lots of games to play and hang with the family. Owner is responsive, kind and helpful. Garage and easy parking. Thank you for a great stay

Has potential, but needs a deep clean

The host was very responsive and the location worked well for our trip, but the home itself needs a thorough cleaning and better attention to detail. Towels and bath mats were worn, and most bathrooms only had washcloths hung on the towel racks (with just one hand towel total). We noticed mold on the cutting board and chewed gum behind the TV and near the door hinge—things that really impacted the overall feel.There was no towel rack in one bathroom, no place to take out the trash, and no detergent provided despite being asked to start a load of laundry. The bedroom TV also didn’t work.With a deeper clean and a few thoughtful touches, this place could be great.

Everything was wonderful. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and very accommodating. The home was beautiful and in a great location within walking distance of the Pearl District. Food trucks next to the property were an added bonus. The rooftop patio was great to hang out at night. It was a great place to stay for BMT graduation. Very relaxing for our Airman after tap out and only about 20 minutes away.

Three-story townhome with two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and the other bedroom with two beds on the first. The development was gated with the gates always closed so it always felt safe. Very short walk to The Pearl (less than 5 minutes). The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and wash clothes. Very quiet complex and neighborhood. Apparently, the taco venue in the front is one of the best in SA per online outlets.

Great gated community

Easy access to all the entertainment adventures we had planned . Then to be able to relax on the roof top each night reflecting on our day was the best! Lots of space for everyone. If you are not good with stairs this is not the unit for you. Thankfully we loved the exercise. Very much recommend!

Trinity Graduation Trip

Great location to attend our son’s graduation and to show family a bit of SA. Safe area to walk to Pearl and Riverwalk Comfortable home with all needs met. Ground floor kitchenette was great for the grandparents. Garage fit our Suburban and extra parking was easy. Will stay again if available!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was beautiful, just like the pictures! We enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop! The host was friendly and was quick to respond. If we return to the San Antonio area in the future we will book again!
