Great Home
I really enjoyed staying in this house. I noticed it had some board games on the side of the living room I thought was a great addition to environment. I do recommend this stay for anyone. Only this is this house is not wheelchair accessible.

Great place
We had a nice stay. The house was clean and well furnished. There is a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed. The beds were SUPER comfortable. We had a little hiccup with communication about the entry code before we got there, but the owners responded quickly through the app and it was all taken care of before we arrived. The neighborhood is crowded. The houses are close together, and the off street parking is limited. We only had 1 car, so we had no problem, but if you have many vehicles, the street gets overwhelmed with parked cars.

Unfortunate snag
We had a snag when we first arrived. The property had not been cleaned from prior guests. Beds not made, towels on bathroom floors, etc. apparently cleaning crew communication issue. Contacted Erica and worked through issue/remedies. My thought was things happen & Erica was responsive and said she would refund our cleaning fee and also had the cleaning crew come the next day and clean. The rest of our stay was uneventful. My only other issue is that it is now 18 days later and no cleaning refund. Each time I’ve inquired, I’ve been told I’ll check on it but never hear anything back. I’ve been told that VRBO whom we made the reservation through is the problem since the property managers don’t control the $.

Great place to stay!
Great place to stay, host is very polite he was able to answer all my questions before check in. Home is in great shape and super clean and quiet neighborhood (a must for 2 toddlers during nap time!. Location is great within a 20 min drive of downtown! Great little home for visiting families

Great location
The location was within minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside of property was that the TV in the livong room did not work, so we didnt get to spend as much time together in the home. Also, the ice machine was broke.

Nice quiet stay
Property was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, which we liked. We also enjoyed the fact that we each had our own room to relax in, as opposed to sharing a hotel room. Was very close to family was also a plus. Hopefully we can stay again the next time we are in town

Great Location and Value
We stayed here for almost a week on our summer vacation, and loved it. The rental was just what we wanted, a home away from home. The floorplan was great to give us space from each other, but also space to enjoy meals and time together. The security system gave us peace of mind in an unfamiliar place. The home was in a convenient place to come back in between activities to get away from the heat outside. Thanks for adding to our great vacation!

Perfect stay for BMT!
We stayed here for my son's BMT graduation and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us (my huband and I, our two boys 8 and 11, and my parents) to have our own space! It was comfortable and truly a home away from home. Our new Airman loved coming to the home and being able to simply relax during off-base liberty. I was thankful for that! Highly recommend and will definitely book here again, if available when we go back for Tech School graduation!

Home away from home
This property was close to Lackland AFB. Easy access to the access roads and freeway. Grocery shopping options close by too. Plenty of space for family to either be together or have individual space. The home was easily accessible to get into both the home and the neighborhood. Did not hear any loud neighbors during our stay, an occasional barking dog in the night. The dishwasher was loud. The kitchen was stocked with cooking and baking pots and pans. Some base seasoning was in the cupboards also. Cleaning equipment was provided and easily located. Our family, and Airman, enjoyed the ability to relax after touring San Antonio. This was definitely a furnished and stocked home which we felt at home. - Thank you.

Very friendly host.. Area doesn’t have a lot close by but everything within driving distance and located close to the base :) Many broken items in the house but in reality not sure the host actually knew about them. Definitely would stay at again.. had some greatly family time and games :) says it sleeps 9 but with 8 two are either on an air mattress or the couch. Didn’t know about the air mattress til the last day it was in a bedroom closet. Still a great time overall

Perfect for BMT
Fantastic location for our Airman to come chill for a few hours before heading back to BMT. Wish we could have spent more time with him. If you need to get a hold of the property manager after hours, make sure to leave a message. Erica was very accommodating for our wacky schedule getting in and checking out late.
