Nice place
Our stay was very nice and our Host was great. Our accommodations were exactly as pictured, nicely decorated, with everything we needed, for a nice trip to visit our family….The A/C was amazing and kept us comfortable after the long days of hanging out in San Antonio in June.

Great studio apartment
The studio apartment is very nice. Melinda met us when we arrived. She has a board inside with everything you need to know about her place. The neighborhood is very quiet and a few blocks from the freeway so it’s easy to go other places. We went to Fredericksburg, Boerne and San Antonio well we were there. Definitely would stay here again.

Home Away From Home
My 2nd stay here, I thought it would be my secret getaway, but I decided to invite my partner, and he loved it as I do; authentic, down to earth, comfy, close to everything. Coffee on the patio was lovely. Take the owner's recommendations on food and the area. Oh, and the softest towels.

Immaculate, cute, comfy. Owner considered every detail and anticipated my needs. It felt like a secret hideaway where I could decompress, yet was close to everything. I like being in a neighborhood vs clinical, touristy area. I enjoyed it so much, I was very late to my seminar; I didn't want to leave! I felt 100% safe as a single woman. Nice bed and pillows. Owner gave privacy, yet was available, if needed. Hope to stay again.

Melinda was an awesome host! She gave me rides to and from the airport along with rides into the downtown. She also gave me recommendations on some activities to embark on. The room was solid with ample storage, a spacious living room and TV, and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Safe, quiet, and clean
I absolutely loved staying here. It is super easy to find coming off the interstate. Its close to just about everything in San Antonio. Our host met us in person when we arrived, and made us feel welcome. Her communication skills where amazing! Also her Vrbo was super clean, safe, and quiet. If i come back to San Antonio, I will be staying here again!

Almost Like Home
Staying here was almost like being at home. This small but lovely studio has pretty much everything you need. It is beautifully decorated, and the furniture and bed are very comfortable. It was also very clean. The location is very close to the interstate, so it made it very convenient to come and go. Our host was very gracious and responsive to any need we had.

Super Cozy and just right.
This studio apartment was absolutely perfect. Just the right amount of love and care goes into this property keeping it in excellent condition for all guests. Two super comfortable couches and a very nice adjustable queen bed made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The property is close enoght to downtown and all the fun stuff that you would want to do with out being so close that traffic ever gets too bad. Overall this is a must stay if all you need is a cozy place to crash after a long day out and about.

EXCELLENT HOST and STUDIO SPACE
We were in town to attend our son's graduation from Air Force basic training. Mel's Studio was PERFECT! The couches are super comfy, so is the bed. We greatly appreciated the Keurug machine, coffee, and water. Melinda has maps, menus, and tons of information for happenings around San Antonio. I absolutely fell in love with the Riverwalk! Melinda was an Uber driver, in the past, and offers $10 rides to downtown. Boy, do I wish we had utilized this option! We paid way too much for parking. We were only there for three nights but could have comfortably stayed a week. I absolutely recommend Mel's Studio, you will not be disappointed.
