"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. "This place should be three stars but I gave it four because of how wonderful the host was and the general cleanliness. There were ants and other bugs as can be expected in many places. Centro was a long walk or short taxi ride anway. Over all very clean minus the smaller additional inhabitants. Plenty of room and in general a great spot."

"This apartment is beautiful and has everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. It's in its own private gate which made us feel safe and secure. It's off of the main road which greatly reduces traffic noise. Located right next to a decent size grocery store and within walking distance of several mercados and the main zócalo. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. We have loved our stay here and recommend this apartment! "

"Staying at this house was one of our best decisions on our recent trip to Oaxaca. Tlalatlaco is a nice, safe neighborhood that is a short walk to the Zocalo. Our hosts, Mercedes and Jeorg, were very responsive. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the solar water heater supplied the best hot water of any place we've stayed in Mexico!
