Amazing, clean property close to Mission Beach
This was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at, it was practically spotless. As someone who is very particular and usually cleans when I arrive wherever I stay, this was very much appreciated. I also loved the little thoughtful touches they added such as brand new loofas in each bathroom and snacks in the kitchen. The condo was very spacious for my family of four and was a great location. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Belmont Park. Communication with Lacy was so easy and she was wonderful, we will definitely be staying here again.

Family Friendly, great location
We stayed at this property for my son’s 13th birthday. We brought our two sons and two of the birthday child’s friends. They had a great time being so close to the beach and Belmont Park! The property itself was very clean, had everything you could need to accommodate your stay, especially if you’re traveling with kids! I told my husband it would have been perfect if we brought our younger kids (6 and 10) as they would have enjoyed the games at the property!

Go to Costco, buy new beds. Sorry :(
Temperature difference between upper and lower floor was over 10 degrees. I was able to get the lower floor to 70 degrees and the upper floor where my wife and I slept was over 80 degrees. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I am not a complainer, that is why I didn't want to leave a review at all. The location was awesome and the fun beach toys and chairs were so nice to have as we went to the beach everyday. Very small garage. But since the listing stated it was very small, I rented a Toyota Corolla it fit just fine.

100 steps to Mission Beach!!!!
Lacy and the property were amazing! Steps to the beach and sightseeing/groceries were short drives away. A must stay - property provided snacks, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, bikes, etc! Lacy was super helpful and accessible. Detailed check in and check out instructions packet were provided. They even contained recommendations for things to do while visiting.

Perfect family getaway
Lacy's place is perfect for a family getaway. The location was less than a block to the beach and super close to Belmont Park. We also enjoyed the few restaurants nearby, easily within walking distance of the condo. We enjoyed all the extra touches including the bikes in the garage, beach toys and chairs and our daughter loved the bunk beds, games and books. We loved having meals on the private patio after spending the day at the beach.

Outstanding location for family stay
The property is within easy walking distance to Belmont Park. The beach is just steps away which is great for the back and forth trips with young kids. Property provides everything a family needs to enjoy several days at the beach: bikes, boogie boards, surf birds, towels, beach chairs, shade umbrellas. Hearing the ocean from the bedroom made the stay that much more relaxing in the evenings.

great family stay
Our stay at the condo and coast was fantastic - and the location was perfect - 20 minutes to everywhere we wanted to go without going through high traffic areas (except the unavoidable airport). The weather exceeded our expectations and gave us the chance to enjoy the condo's location and amenities, which were as described. Lacy and Michael were incredibly responsive and helpful as minor questions arose. Thank you for a great week!

Fantastic Stay!
We stayed during the week of Christmas, arriving on Christmas day, Lacey was great and helped us get checked in even though it was a major holiday. The location is so much fun, walking distance to some great restaurants and the Belmont which has rides and an arcade. We had a very comfortable stay everything we needed was at the house!

Great vacation
If you want a vacation where everything you need is at the house this is it. The house came with everything needed for a great time at the beach - chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, etc. the kitchen was great and the location was perfect. Only thing missing was a deck with a view but given the beach was so close we hardly noticed. We gad a wonderful time!

Mom’s 90th birthday celebration
Overall the property was clean however the carpet was extremely dirty/stained and there was a problem with ants. Especially in the downstairs bedroom. So much so that ants were in the bed and all over the night stand. Ant spray was available to combat the problem. Host stated that it was due to the moisture from the pending Hurricane (Hillary 8/2023) turned Tropical Storm, which also caused the ceiling to leak into light fixtures. This was somewhat concerning as it could have caused an electrical fire. The host must have been aware of this apparent on going issue because she provided instructions in advance of the leak occurring. View to the beach can be seen from the master bedroom window but not from the rooftop patio. We could not park in the garage due to all the bikes that were being stored, but the bikes came in handy the 1st night allowing us to take a nice bike ride on the pier and to a nearby property other family members were renting. Our host was very nice and when our flights were delayed due to the storm she allowed us to extend our checkout time.

This is an amazing place to stay at, close to the beach and the house is equipped with all your daily needs. Family with kids will love this place, you will feel like at home with tv in both rooms and also it has beach toys and bikes to use no need to bring any of that stuff with you. I’ll definitely stay again.
