Excellent Beach Retreat
Cody, Jaylin & Brad have a great 2 bed / 2 bath, perfect for 2 couples, a block from the Pacific, within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. They say that they are 100% here to help, and that is the truth! We're from AZ, and we didn't adjust for the time difference, so we arrived in PB an hour early. A quick call to Cody, and he graciously agreed to let us check in an hour early on Thanksgiving day! Much appreciated after a long drive. We will be back!

Nice apartment with great location
I had a conference in San Diego. I decided to try to get a room with a nice location and invite my parents. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked; plenty of space. Two bathrooms was not necessary, but very nice. There was some trouble with the internet, but the host was very responsive with a solution and we did not use the internet anyways.

Not what we had hoped.
The check in process was very quick and easy. The host was quick in responding to questions, and we were fortunate enough to check in early. The location was amazing. It was walking distance to so many places. However, those were the only good things about this listing. Everything outside and away from the apt. was nice. Inside was a different story. The pictures and reality were very different. The furnitures in the pictures are completely different from the furnitures in the pictures. When we walked into the apt., there was a bad/musty odor like the carpets needed a deep deep cleaning. I just felt dirty and uncomfortable, which is very unfortunate. I was looking forward to staying in a nice clean place. It just didn’t what I had hoped.

Beach just steps away
We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach rental! The property features two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The best part is the location – less than a 1/4 block walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day. The surrounding area is vibrant, with plenty of shopping options and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Whether we were looking for a casual bite or a more upscale dining experience, we found plenty of great options nearby. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway with all the amenities and attractions you could want within easy reach. Highly recommended!

Super apartment and great location! We have come to Pacific Beach many times and stayed at The Capri By the Sea. This apartment was much cheaper than the Capri and right across the street. Great stay and everything was easy!

The place is very clean and awesome location. However the hot tub was a bit concerning the sides were heavy sports of green and didn’t know it was pealing paint or algae.

Great Location, Great Price!
This is just what we wanted! The space to fit our family of 4, with two teenagers who need their own space, and walking distance to the beach and all of our favorite places. There is shopping (urban outfitters and Brandy Melville) great food (Kono’s cafe, Ramen Ryoma, Handel’s homemade ice cream). The location is right behind one of my favorite hotels (Pacific Terrace Hotel), with double the room for 1/2 the rate. We walked to the beach all day. It was so lovely. The property manager was attentive, on site and helpful. We felt safe, even walking to our place at night after dinner.

Excellent location. Mediocre space
The location is great. Steps from the beach. The actual apartment is so-so. Kitchen nicely redone. Every dish we used needed washed before use. Dishwasher has mold inside. Roku remote in front room doesn’t work. Stayed mon-fri and there was 1 towel for each person for the entire trip. With all the beach trips we did this was not sufficient when we were showering multiple times a day. Also with the humidity, towels never dry so it was constant showering and using a wet towel for the whole trip. No shower mats so we had to use hand towels which were also soaked within a day. The extra blanket provided to use with the air mattress was unwashed. It had crusty substance on it. Carpets in bedroom very dirty and made you want to wear shoes the whole time. Missing blinds throughout make you feel vulnerable to the outside passerby’s in the very busy area. Walls are paper thin and we heard every phone conversation of the neighbor. Beds were comfortable but overall would not rent this place again.
