Wonderful place!!!
Our second year staying here did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with Fred and Jamil were extremely cordial and helpful. The tiny glitches that were really our fault were handled immediately. It's a wonderful condo and we would not hesitate to come again! Thank you!

Excellent View
The condo was just as presented. The views are incredible. I really appreciated that they had a pack and play and high chair for my son. The third bedroom with the bunks are really only for small children. The vertical ladder made it almost impossible for me to climb up. I would not count that as a sleeping space for adults when planning a trip. Everything was clean and well maintained.

Great location wonderful views! Highly recommend!
Checking in was a bit delayed as the previous guest must have made quite the mess to keep the cleaning crew late. Location was great, garage was convenient and the view was amazing. We were corrected by a nosy neighbor about where we could go and what we could do. in front of the building they have some tables for guests, My wife and I approached the table and were told we could not sit there as it was reserved for other units. Mind you that three out of four tables were empty at the time, so this seemed very petty, we had just gotten back from a long walk and weren't planning on camping there. Overall this was a great space and my family really enjoyed themselves. This was our fifth trip to Mission beach and plan on coming back again

Unexpected last minute (3 weeks out) getaway
This was our second time staying in this charming Unit. When our hiking vacation was cancelled on us by literally brand new owners of the cabin we rented, we were forced to cancel flights and rental car and needed a local getaway with our college age kids. We love Mission Beach and this location is the best. This time we went to a Padres game and Sea World, and rented bikes 2 days for long rides to Point Loma Lighthouse and Liberty Station. Highly recommend this unit and Fred has been great both years as our host, he is always “on it” with answers to any questions. We love the provided beach towels, chairs and umbrella and the coin laundry is so convenient, so take your quarters!

West Coast Getaway
The property was prefect for our group of 2 adults and 2 sixteen year olds. You can walk to Belmont Park. We rented a Jeep Wrangler and it just fit in the garage (be careful with the height of your vehicle). Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Loved being steps from the beach!

Awesome location
Unit was well appointed. All as advertised or better. The only issue was the bunks in the third bedroom. Their placement makes it very difficult to enter or exit the bunks. Top of the bottom bunk is about 4’ from the floor. With the rail and ladder, a person has to maneuver through a narrow passage in an awkward position. All else was great.

Beach front condo
Great location by the beach and a short distance to a lot of fun things. Plenty of glassware, plates, pans etc if you want to cook a few meals. There is a garage for a car which is nice. The listing shows the 3rd bedroom as a twin bunk bed but it is 2 smaller beds built into the wall. My confirmation email listed room for 6 adults but really only room for 4 adults plus kids. It’s a great spot if that meets your needs.

Mission Beach Cali
Great property, all about location on the beach and around San Diego. Great views of Dolphins every day, surfers, and great people watching. Everything as advertised. Parking was a challenge, one spot at condo, and very tight. Had a mid-sized suv and back gate would hit garage door (just need to pack/unpack when garage door is closed). Overall great stay and will stay again when in area.

Perfect location
Close to everything, but especially the beach; stunning views from the balcony. The only amenity we weren’t able to enjoy was the rooftop, as it was undergoing maintenance during our stay, so that was disappointing. Overall loved it though.

This place is outdated, the carpet under the toilet makes the place wreak of urine. The tvs didn’t work, the light in the bedroom was broken, the trash bags don’t fit the trash can. Absolutely do not recommend.

A week on the Pacific Ocean
We are two mature ladies (ages 69 and 70) who loved this condo. Wonderful we each had our own room and bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Bed and bath linens were plentiful. We also took advantage of the beach towels for beach time. There is a closet full of beach gear but we didn’t use. There are restaurants we easily walked to south and north of the condo. We walked to Ralph’s grocery store (a Krogers brand store) three times for our major groceries and beverages. There are tea bags stocked in the kitchen but no coffee. There are coffee filters. There was also balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and garlic salt. There are plenty of pots and pans for cooking and lots of cooking and eating utensils, plates, glasses and cups. The balcony is wonderful to sit on to watch the constant parade on the boardwalk and to look out at the ocean and see dolphins and birds. One addition that would be nice is a table on the balcony because we had to balance our plates on our laps to eat outside. There is a dining room table with chairs in the kitchen pushed up against the wall but we didn’t use it. The balcony has four high Director chairs. There is a regular sized couch in the living room and two lounge chairs… all furniture in living room is super comfortable. The tv in living room has multiple channels to watch. Didn’t use bedroom tv. This condo is a great place to stay in Mission Beach. A wonderful beach home. You are 2 minutes from the balcony to walking along the ocean… perfect!

The condo was very clean and had great kitchen amenities. The view was wonderful as advertised. .I will say that the 3rd bedroom is more like a walk in closet. the bunks were very difficult for my son to get in/ out of. We had a couple issues, a beach chair that broke and our car getting stuck in garage due to door breaking. however the property manager was quick to respond and help us. That was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.
