Solid spot
Overall loved staying here. Not a lot of requirements leaving and entry was simple. Location was walking distance for great food and a perfect and quiet location for our stay but close enough for our concert and San Diego adventures. Will definitely look at this place again if we take another multiple day adventure to San Diego with a group of 4 friends or more.

Great getaway
The condo was clean and host was available for questions. The location was close to downtown by Uber but nothing really in walking distance. Vrbo lists hot tub, washer and dryer but they weren't available at this property but i was still pleased with the size of the property and we had a nice vacation

Great place to stay for family of 6-8 people
We enjoyed staying in this property - it was clean, has a good location, a garage for two cars, and the house was big enough for family of 8. As a suggestion for improvement I would recommend to update some minor things - coffee maker, teapot (it doesn't work), and maybe change the door lock (it is a bit complicated to close the lock from outside), and allow access to washing machine & dryer (we were not able to find it). Other than that, we found location very convenient.

Recommend!
We came for my son's wedding and it accommodated all 8 of us fine. I suggested that they get enough items in the kitchen to accommodate that many people and he is working on it. Note that the master is on the 3rd floor, so if you have problems with stairs, not so good. Worked out fine for us. I got my exercise! The owner was easy to reach, if needed. Never found the washer/dryer, which would have been nice since there was only 1 kitchen towel and the fact that we were there for a week. We got our military discount and deposit back in a timely manner. I would stay here again!

Best location for us
There were 8 of us staying with a 15 month old. Nice pack n play. Beds were very comfortable. Nice stocked kitchen. The complex ground are very well kept quite and peaceful. Loved it was close to freeway and easy to find. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Nothing negative to say about this property. I definitely recommend this townhouse.

I have stayed in many places before and definitely had better stays...tvs dont work stains on carpet..i communicated With the host and people in my party chose not for him to fix the TV's because of their belongings in the house. He asked me to take out the trash. Which wasn't my job but I done it anyway. I videotape the whole house before I left. And he tried to send me one picture of 2 pieces of paper on the floor and said I mess up the whole house. Very unappreciative never said thank you. I will gladly Spend my money elsewhere no more vrbo for me.. He also said I'm only guess number 135 five, which was an insult. It needs a lot of updates. Also, there was hair in the sinks and water rises in the shower. Which is disgusting and also there's mold...

FAMILY STAY
The condo was great, for some reason there were a lot of fruit flies when we got there and throughout our stay. Not sure what the group before us did. That is not the fault of the owner. I do suggest maybe putting some kleenex somewhere in the unit but those are little things. Our stay was fantastic and we would definitely keep this property in mind for future stays. Property owner was available at all times
