Awesome location!
The condo was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable. The view and location was fabulous. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Chris was quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend.

2nd Wonderful stay
Stayed here last year and had to return. Unit is very comfortable and has everything you need. Location is convenient to restaurants, bars, food stores and shopping. Also an easy drive to local attractions. Highly recommend.

Chris was awesome. Sent email prior to check in explaining process to enter. Really can not beat the location. Had everything we needed cvs across the street and market within walking distance. Really enjoyed being out on the balcony.

Awesome spot
Beautiful stay in this laid back flat with a killer view. Everything we could need, including the best location by the boardwalk, fully stocked kitchen, soft beds, great sheets, good coffee maker, and a simple and seamless check in and check out. Thanks to Chris for being responsive and gracious. The parking spot was a bonus - our Turo was secure overnight. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice upgrades!
This is one example of when the pictures of the rental undersell how nice it is! Everything in the condo was newer and upgraded, very clean. We loved the people watching, but it was a very loud area. We probably won't choose to stay in the area again, because we are getting old and grouchy and all the bars are super loud all night... music, fireworks, and a firestation a block away. BUT if we were younger and into that scene, it would be perfect because everything is steps away. You can walk to all meals and lots of cute coffee places. The condo and the parking and great, and if you love to be where all the people are and party, you are in the right place with this one. We loved our trip to San Diego!

Great location!
Property was fantastic - great location for walking to shops, coffee and restaurants. Right on the beach-walk so easy access to fun by the water! The condo was clean, has been updated and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Hoping to make it back in the future!

Beautiful Rental & Loud Neighborhood
The condo was just as expected and described. Comfortable place to stay with nice views. Literally steps to the beach and the parking garage was great. Tenants and neighbors were all very friendly. Plus there are shopping carts in the garage to bring your luggage up. Overall, I felt the place was clean. However, the handles on the fridge were grimy on the backside. And my kids found a variety of items under their bed, from food to a teeth retainer. BEWARE: The neighborhood can be loud at night. On Sunday there were loud night clubs and the bass and music was loud inside the condo. In addition, there’s a public parking lot at the base of the building. So lots of noise (people yelling and cars reving) all night until the club shut down. On Wednesday night there was a homeless man playing his trumpet into the wee hours of the morning. My kids said they didn’t hear anything in the guest room. But in the master bedroom and living room it was loud. I would definitely stay here again if it wasn’t for the noise. But that’s a deal breaker for me.

The property was close to beach and restaurants and bars. Very younger age groups vs family oriented. Loud all night long with windows open since no AC. Building was clean and safe. Condo had all we needed.

Outstanding View of the Ocean !
We enjoyed very much watching the ocean, walking on the beach walk, and the access to the beach. Being close to Ralphs and to several good restaurants was a great advantage for us. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy drinks, snacks, and the close ocean view. Since we were there during July and early August, we also had the pleasure of watching the fireworks from SeaWorld from our balcony during several evenings. The furniture was very comfortable, and we could see the ocean from the living area!

Dont think just BOOK it!.....
This condo was GREAT! Perfect location! Beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the 2 Balconies! The kitchen was fully eqipped with everything you need very spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom condo! If your looking for San diego beach vacation THIS IS IT! THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE STAY!!.... I HOPE TO RETURN SOON! ONLY con: pillows in the main bedroom stink like the beach

Life Cracked Open Beyond Your Balcony
The condo is great: it has updated furniture and tile-work; any kitchen amenities you might need; secure parking; a great view; easy access to food, drink, and groceries; and an affordable coin laundry on each floor. It is a reasonably short drive to Balboa Park and the Zoo, downtown and SAN. I give the condo a 5/5. The following observations are from a seven day stay overlapping 4th of July weekend. “See the Sea” Condominiums are situated on a cul de sac at Ocean Front Walk, a popular three mile promenade spanning Pacific Beach and Mission Beach This rental is perfect if you want a lively, active atmosphere. Life is cracked open beyond your 3rd floor balcony! Passing by are runners, walkers, bicyclists, and beach-goers. There are those who loiter and those who hustle (buskers, a shaved ice vendor who plays music and once hosted an EDM DJ from his VW bus). There are revelers headed toward the thump of nearby clubs, and revelers occasionally frolicking in the waves at 1:30 am. There is Bubble Man, whose giant late afternoon bubbles delight children of all ages, and Trumpet Man whose occasional wake-up call rouses sleepers at around 8:30 am. You will sometimes hear lifeguards on a PA system telling swimmers to move away from Crystal Pier. The condo’s setting, in short, is interesting and fun. Thankfully, it also feels safe.

Wonderful place! Perfect location.
This property is wonderful. We were there for a week and enjoyed walking EVERYWHERE as it's located on the boardwalk, as pictured. Easy walk to downtown Pacific Beach shops & restaurants and only steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

View from small deck of ocean, beach, and people activity
Small, but comfortable for four people. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds. Family room has dining table and couch and chair. Games to play, books to read. TVs with streaming options. A neatly published brochure helps visitors get to know the condo and its environs. Light fixtures in bathrooms might need new bulbs; adjustment knob on shower head broken. Parking is easy peazy. Lounge chairs on seaside of building to sit and look at ocean. Plenty of interesting characters to watch as they jog, or create ginormous soap bubbles, play on the sand, or hang out. Close to noise and music but we were okay with it. We like life happening around us. Condo is walking distance from just about any kind of restaurant you want. Bestly, a responsive host, Chris, who answered questions as well as the few concerns we had. Thanks for allowing us to share your place!

Family vacation
Chris's oceanfront condo is beautiful. It was very clean and well appointed The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and big chair. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, nice pots, pans, dishware, flatware, and glasses. The views from the condo are breathtaking and amazing. To be able to see and hear the ocean is a joy and is so peaceful. The walkability to restaurants, grocery shopping, and of course the boardwalk is great. We hope to stay there again and would highly recommend it to all fellow travelers. Chris is a great host.

Beautiful view
What a fantastic place to stay. We would sit on the balcony, watch the ocean as we had a glass of wine. Got plenty of exercise by walking the beautiful beach which is right outside the building. It was a little chilly but we brought warm clothing and it couldn't have been nicer. Chris was so easy to work with and we hope to be able to repeat this exceptional trip again in the future.

Girls trip/birthday celebration.
We all loved our stay here. Easily accessible. It was a perfect location for navigating activities nearby. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Boardwalk was great for walking. All necessities provided in the kitchen. Suggest maybe adding a small air fryer. Balconies were good for people watching. Chair would be nice on the bedroom balcony. Appreciated the free WiFi and parking spot in the garage. Felt safe. The Welcome book provided was very helpful. Enjoyed many of the restaurants listed. Ralphs grocery store within walking distance. Would rent again.

Amazing Getaway!
This condo was the perfect place to spend Spring Break! It had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of the ocean to watch the sunrise, sunset, and surfers. The location is ideal to walk down to the beach, shopping, and restaurants as well as a short drive to attractions and the airport. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach front location
My family and I (kids ages 8 and 5) stayed 5 nights and it was a perfect spot for what we were looking for. The ocean views and boardwalk were so fun with lots to see and do. Having garage parking was nice since we had a rental car. Was easy to get around the city and then make our way back to the condo in the evening with plenty of places to hop over to for dinner. The hot tub was so nice for end of the day relaxation. There is some noise at night from the bars and public but that didn’t bother us and mostly just heard the sounds of the waves. Grocery store was maybe 5 min walk away also. Would highly recommend this spot for a family or small group to stay in.
