This small house is in a perfect location, just a few steps to the Bayside walk, and only a short walk to beach, restaurants, shopping etc.

Great Beach House
We (3 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The central A/C is the one accommodation that really stood out. We slept comfortably at night and we were able to lounge inside during the day in total comfort due to the A/C. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom shower water pressure was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and had a coffee maker. The living room couch seats 4 comfortable, and there's also a 4 person kitchen table. The location is quiet, and is steps away from the bay and you can see it clearly from the patio. The beach is not far, just a short 1-2 minute walk. The BBQ grill and the 6 person patio table came in handy when grilling and having nearby family stop by for dinner. The house is also close to Ralph's groceries, many bars and restaurants, yet still a comfortable bike ride away from the Belmont roller coaster area. I have a Toyota Tacoma and my front end stuck out about 4 inches past the red line, which is obviously within the acceptable limit (I was never ticketed or warned, etc). The parking spot had plenty of width. There is a side gate area that has about 6 or 7 beach chairs and there's about 4 beach umbrellas. There were 3 boogie boards, one was for a smaller child. There were a lot of toys for younger children as well. There was also enough room to store 2 locked bikes at night in this gated side area, out of view from the courtyard. We would definitely rent this beach house again, and look forward to doing so.

Perfect location
We loved staying in this charming cottage so close to Mission Bay. We visit the area every summer and while we love going to the beach, we appreciate the quiet, family vibe on the bay side. The space is simple, but functional for a couple or small family. Great hot shower!

Amazing Summer Stay
This was the perfect spot for our family to escape the AZ heat-close to the beach, steps to the bay! We loved the nearby restaurants and Sharon had lots of beach toys for our kids, an amazing stay! We would come back in a heartbeat!!

Lovely Property
We came to San Diego to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. This was a great location to walk to the beach. The bay side had very calm waters. We were provided with toys and boogie boards for her to be able to play. The house was very clean and well cared for. I felt very comfortable with the house and it was a quiet location without a lot of partying noise outside. The little that we heard was actually pretty comical. There were several restaurants and coffee places that were walkable from the property. The snacks that were left for us on the kitchen table were a nice touch and were very much appreciated. We rented a car for our time there and fit perfectly into the spot provided. It was a 40 minute trip to Legoland and a fast trip to visit Torrey Pines as well. If we come back again we would love to stay at this little gem of a house again and I would recommend it to anyone else that is considering it. Thank you so much!

Looks small and lives large! Recently renovated, immaculately clean. Excellent supplies for all rooms.. linens, paper goods, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, etc. Lovely patio with bbq out front and lots of beach things, and beach towels, beach chairs. Fantastic location! We loved it!

Great stay by the beach
Travelled as a family of 3, including a 5 year old. House is perfectly located between the Bay and the Beach, with some great cafes and restaurants within walking distance. House had everything needed for a day at the beach, including towels, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. Across the bay is a sport center where we rented paddleboards for the day. Neighborhood is quiet and feels quite safe. Hosts were responsive whenever needed. As mentioned in the description, parking might be tight depending on the vehicle-we had a Nissan Rogue and it fit well. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Mission Beach!

Wonderful Home
This house is small but was perfect for my little family of 4 (1 year old and 3 year old). We were able to walk back and forth to the bay everyday. Sharon was extremely communicative and we knew exactly what to expect. We hope to be back next spring!

Spring Break trip with my girls
What a cute little beach bungalow and GREAT location! Drove in from Phoenix for spring break with my two daughters (17 and 10). We unpacked and immediately checked out the bay (maybe a 2 min walk) then the beach (about a 5 min walk). It was SO nice to be able to just carry a couple towels with us not have to worry about parking, etc. We did use the beach toys and chairs on the side of the house to make sand castles and lounge. It was nice not having to purchase or pack these extra items from home. We were also able to walk to nearby restaurants for dinner, morning coffee and snacks. Better Buzz coffee is nearby, Rosemarie's burgers is across the street, there is a taco shop north and south of the house and Molly's for morning pastries was yummy. The bungalow itself has a nice comfy sectional couch to lounge on and watch tv and just relax in the evening. My 10 yr old enjoyed watching the DVD's that were there. The one parking space is nice, that's all we needed. I drive a 4 door sedan (mazda 6) and the space was just big enough for my car. The full sized fridge was nice for the snacks we brought with us and we used the toaster that was there to make bagels in the morning. We had the windows open most days with the ceiling fan on for a little breeze, no need for the AC. We were even chilly one evening and used the heater for just a few minutes to warm up. I would love to go back and stay here again! Great for families, girls trip, or couples trip.

Peaceful birthday stay
My mom and I stayed at this beautiful beach house for my birthday. It's so close to everything you want to do at the beach. The house feels spacious, despite the square footage. We had a lovely stay.
