"Perfectly setup and located beach condo at Pacific Beach. Listing was as described, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas and boogie boards. Plenty of restaurants across the street and like a 2min walk to the sand. Property mgr was highly responsive and helpful. Unit had two covered reserved parking spots to use behind a locked gate. I would happily stay here again."

"- The location is amazing, with wonderful sunset views, no parking issues (if you want to park at sunset, it can be difficult but there is parking space at the back of the house). There are a few grocery stores 5 to 12mn away (Jensen's or Trader Joe's to cite a couple...). It is close to the airport, which is convenient if people gather from different places (we had guests flying from from HI, MI and France...) - The house itself is great. "We had a great family wedding weekend at the house. It was very convenient, and had good space for our extended family. and Kitchen and Living Room had plenty of space for gathering.The rooftop patio and fireplace is a nice place to hang out, too. Enjoyed the home!It would have been helpful to have had crib sheets to use, and the necessary tools to change the toddler bed back into a crib. The hardware was there, just no way to attach them. Also, a few things need to be fixed: downstairs...

"This was the ideal place for our group of 10 to stay while participating in the pickleball tournament at Barnes Tennis Center, which is less than .5 miles away. There was plenty of room for us to gather to celebrate a milestone birthday. Excellent location, excellent host. The only complaint is that despite being right next to a beautiful park, it does get noisy with traffic, but that likely is unavoidable because of the location."
