A Gem! ideal Location & all-star host
I can’t say enough good things about this stay. After not being in San Francisco since 2019, my BFFs and I were very much looking forward to spending some quality time while always exploring. This stay is fantastic - we had 4 friends & a 4year old (for one day). The rooftop deck is spectacular 360 view Golden Gate Alcatraz, the Ferris wheel, (which was very fun !) Court tower in Russian Hill. Ralph! made so many great recommendations and was an excellent communicator from start to finish. Tons of space, kitchen well stocked Trader Joe’s, right next-door Chilantro is delish food and I don’t even eat cilantro! the location was 100 points walking score in my opinion. North Beach, the marina & Polk St. areas were thriving which was a pleasant surprise! Ralph made everything easy breezy from check out; maps and recommendations, local bars (shout out to Sweeties & the Saloon!). City View for Dim Sum is a nice walk thru China town. I definitely plan to come back if he will have us! SF is my favorite city and this was the perfect launch pad. Comfy beds & great shower too! Thank you, Ralph!

Great location in a great city!
Ralph was an excellent host and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. He was so helpful. Apartment was clean and kitchen was extremely well stocked. Loved the rooftop after a long day. The views were spectacular. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Wonderful appartment with and awesome terrace on the roof with a perfect view. Fully equipped and the property manager provide us a tons of great information. At 5 to 7 min walk of the pier 39 the location is perfect.

Great apartment in a great location!
The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully updated. We enjoyed the open concept and private rooftop patio with great views of the City, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance. The unit was well-appointed and included in-unit laundry. The location was great - just a short walk to Fisherman's Wharf, the "crookedest street," cable cars and more. The host provided great communication and may great recommendations that we greatly appreciated. Definitely recommended.

Zentraler geht es nicht!
Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft liegt so zentral in San Francisco, dass alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Abends konnte man sich dann noch nett mit den Nachbarn auf der Dachterrasse unterhalten. Der Blick auf San Francisco und Alcatraz waren atemberaubend. Wenn man kann sollte man ohne Auto in dem Bereich unterwegs sein. Die Parkplatzsuche und die anfallenden Kosten sind enorm. Die Unterkunft von Ralph ist absolut empfehlenswert und ich werde sie zukünftig auch wieder buchen wenn ich in SF bin.

This is THE place!
This charming walk up apartment is centrally located to everything in a safe area of San Francisco. Ralph is an excellent host with amazing communication. He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. The kitchen provided many appliances and spices galore and the rooftop deck afforded us spectacular views. Everything is a short walk away including activities and more restaurants than you can imagine. If ever in the San Francisco area again, we will definitely stay here!

This is a great place and location. It is also the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed. The top deck patio has a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz… really cool.

North Beach Condo
Great location, great host, nothing not to like about this place. It’s located in a sweet spot between historic North Beach, Pier 39, the Wharf, and walking distance to Chinatown, Telegraph Hill, Russian Hill, and many points in between. My guests liked it because it was a “real San Francisco place” - all the charm of old San Francisco but with new, updated facilities and amenities. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here with my 3 teens. The apt. was safe, clean, and had everything we needed. The rooftop is beautiful and the area is walking distance to most attractions, or the bus/train stops. Host was accomodating and helpful.

Great time
We had a great time here. It was in the middle of a heatwave and unfortunately that made for some uncomfortable nights as the cooler was broken, but once the cool change came through everything was fine. Walking distance to Fishermans Wharf, Little Italy and Chinatown. Note there are 3 flights of stairs to walk to get in to the property.

We had an amazing stay! Great location to easily walk to the pier, multiple food locations, Trader Joe’s, parking etc. The rooftop was a great location for 360 views of the city. Amazing water pressure. Bunk bed is different than pictured, sisters said it didn’t feel as stable but was comfortable. Lots of appliances, spices, and extras if you’re looking to cook in. Would definitely come back!

Perfect location and beautiful home!
The location was excellent! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants in the area. The condo had anything and everything we needed. Rooftop deck was very comfortable and the 360 view cannot be topped! The host was great and he e-mails so many recommendations for everything from live music to food. Would recommend 10/10!!

Great stay and location!
Ralph was a very communicative, accommodating host. His rental was a short walk from the Wharf and central to just about everything. It was quiet at night and we felt safe. The place has great views and just about everything you need - very clean too! Will return again next time I venture to SF.

Fantastic city apartment!
We stayed here for a spring break adventure with the kids. It is truly an ideal place to stay in SF. Location was perfect - close to so many things and the neighborhood felt safe. The apartment is well-appointed and very well stocked. The rooftop deck was the real deal. Great view!. Only bummer was the fireplace was out of service during our visit. Most notable was communication and responsiveness of the host. Ralph was very responsive when we had a little housekeeping glitch and sent very thorough instructions prior to our check-in. He also gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations and ideas of things to do in the city with older kids! Thank you Ralph! We will definitely be back to visit this gem in North Beach!

EXCEPTIONAL in every way
Can't imagine staying in a better location. We could walk everywhere. Coffee shop on the corner, Trader Joe's & Safeway a block away - and amazing restaurants within walking distance. Cable car stop near by. Rental car agency down the street if you want to rent a car for a couple days. Apartment was clean with plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Ralph is a kind, thoughtful host - checking in to ensure we arrived ok and that all was satisfactory (all was more than satisfactory!) Highly recommend this apartment - if back in San Francisco this would be our top pick. Thank you, Ralph.

AMAZING STAY!! Excellent Location in SF
This is an awesome property located in safe area near North beach and Fisherman's wharf. Perfect spot to start all adventures. Without a car you can easily walk in one direction down to explore Fisherman's wharf...and for an extended enjoyable walk to Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, Lombard street in one direction and in another easy to walk to all the cool restaurants in north beach. Cable car is also easy to jump on about 1-2 blocks away with a little planning to purchase tickets on app. We had a car as well while we were there and it was easy to find street parking (just need to manage the time) as well as a garage nearby. The apartment was GREAT as well and the view on the top deck was AMAZING. We were there during the rain storms in SF but it always seemed to clear up after the morning so was able to make use of it. The apartment had plenty of space. We were 6 (5 college age girls and a mom) and hand ample space for everyone and it was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with Trader Joe's and Safeway a block away if you prefer to cook and there is restaurants and coffee shops close by if you prefer not to cook. Ralph was awesome to work with. It was my first VRBO experience and he made it super easy, very communicative. He was very helpful with providing tips for the area and attractions and very helpful when we had changes in our travel to allow us to stay a little later when flights were delayed out. I would definitely look to stay here again!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was in a fabulous location with easy walks to the coast and downtown. The amenities in the apartment were thoughtful and generous. Amazing views from the roof terrace made it a very special spot for morning coffee or evening drinks.
