This was a great location for doing all we had planned over our three days. The owners were very responsive and even installed a new TV while we were there.

Got very frustrated from not hearing anything from the property owner, finally had to go through Expedia/Vrbo to get a phone number. Two chairs in the very small side yard, one of which was broken. They call this side yard a "courtyard" . Clock on wall doesn't work. Very shoddy construction. Stain on duvet cover. The whole place was dingy, very small, and uncomfortable.

Cute idea, but it is on a loud street, with only a door separating the unit from the main house, so noise from multiple sources. Gravel in the drawers, a too small for the bed comforter and other minor issues. Not horrible, but not great.

We ended up checking into a hotel. The location was on a very busy, noisy street. The unit was not as nice as the pictures. This was an unfortunate experience for us.

Not as advertised.
The location wasn't bad, but the entire suite was dirty, dirty floors stained and dirty pillows, garbage outside the front door you could smell everything that the host was cooking, you could hear all of their conversations, there was only one towel on the bathroom, the hand towel was dirty, it was just not a very pleasant stay. At all if I hadn't arrived so late at night. I would have gone to a hotel.

I travel for work. Great little place cute little private yard! Only issue is you can hear the people in the main house quite loudly, as I work nights we sleep during the day. We made it work with brown noise playing

Great hosts!
My husband stayed here for a week while finishing a travel nursing assignment. The location was very convenient - with restaurants, grocery stores, and easy access to the expressway. The hosts were very respectful of his privacy and excellent communicators.

Excellent for a room & shower to crash for a night or two.
Overall, this was just what we needed. The room was comfortable and had all the basics needed. You are sharing a wall with a family so that is important to note. The sheets were the wrong fit and came off constantly until we gave up. That is relatively minor and I would recommend staying for a night or two.

Nice location...
This was a nice location but the carpet and bedding definitely need to be changed. I ended up with flea or mite bites all over my feet, ankles, and lower legs.

Our stay was great! It was clean and affordable and was in the same neighborhood of our friends we were visiting which is why we stayed. The host reached out several times to check in and was kind.

The property is great, thr bed is comfortable, the lighting is adjustable The only problem i had was with the AC making too much sound. Other than that, it is a great place to stay in.

Pleasant stay at affordable prices with easily accessible amenities
My in-laws stayed at this property for a week when they were visiting us. The property is maintained well and host is very responsive to any requests like early check-in or any other issues. There is a strip mall and few restaurants are also in a walking distance. I think the property can do little better in terms of upgrade for some closets. But other than that minor thing everything else was very satisfactory.
