Mike’s Place Review
This property was very nice and accurately described from listing! He was very responsive and thorough with communicating the checking in and out process. The only complaint we have is the bed in the larger room is extremely uncomfortable, but other than that it was a great stay.

Fit everything our family needed!
We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Michael was quick to answer our questions we had during the stay, even a late night phone call for some troubleahooting! Definitely recomend for families of 4 or less. Lots of amenities for what we needed in the home. will definitely be back

Comfortable and very well furnished
During our stay we travelled with with two adults and a teenager. Both bedrooms are well furnished for sleeping/ hanging out/ storing luggage. Kitchen and living area were clean and well equipped, all helping us have a comfortable stay. This place qualifies as a 'home away from home'. The neighborhood felt safe, walked around the block a few of the evenings during our stay and generally, very good vibes were to be had.

Property was in a great location and we could walk for groceries or to a mall.Very well equipped home and well stocked for anything you may need from lots of towels to everything in the kitchen.Very welcoming with some water in fridge and coffee pods.Would definitly stay here again when coming to the area.

Terrible beds
Both beds squeaked when you sat on them and every time you moved while sleeping. The fan in the largest bedroom could not be turned off since the wall switch turned the fan and light on at the same time; the pull chain for the fan was broken off (I found it in the top drawer of the chest) inside the on-fan switch and could not be reattached. The tub stopper would not seal and the lever was not attached to the tub. The kitchen faucet would automatically switch to spray when the water got hot. There were no instructions on how to work the TV/Cable box. No information on what needed to be done before departure.

Needs a proper cleaning & updates
I could tell this place was nice at some point, probably when it was first listed before the wear & tear of renting it out. A coat of paint & a lot of tlc goes a long way. Obvious signs that the property was not cleaned properly if at all. (If it was “cleaned” the crew needs to be fired for their laziness) Sticky table tops, a brown liquid in the freezer, stained sheets (no extras) moldy look around the bath, filthy vents (tons of accumulation of dust bunnies & whatever else) The sofa had stains as well, looked worn out & such a undesirable color, that you couldn’t tell if it was dirty or just looks like that. The neighborhood is a bit sketch too especially when you drive through the alley way to park around back. Couldn’t stay here & feel comfortable, had to cut this stay short. Felt itchy just being there. I have photos if the site will allow me to upload, I will. Owners were responsive & seemed surprised about the conditions I described to them.

The location was perfect for us, convenient to restaurants and supplies, and as described. A trip to the beach in Santa Cruz was easy, and Mike and Wendy were very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would stay again anytime we're in the area.

A Delightful Retreat
Coming from Phoenix with an average temperature of over 100 degrees daily, being in San Jose was a delight. The condo was very well stocked and very clean. We enjoyed it very much. It’s location is close to everything you could possibly imagine - shopping, entertainment, restaurants and highways. Totally delightful.

The property was super! Very convenient location. Clean, nice neighborhood, easy to get to Santa Cruz, San Francisco, and other sights. Communication was super with owner, check in was super easy, and the property was well equipped. If we ever make out way back to the area we will try to stay again for sure. Convenient, clean, comfortable
It was conveniently located near several freeways, with a Target store nearby. It was spotlessly clean with an abundance of kitchen utensils available and plenty of linens. It was comfortable enough for my husband and I, plus our 2 sons and 1 girlfriend to sleep and shower there.

Nicely appointed
Ours hosts were very responsive to questions and kind to us. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The entrance is lovely with green grass and fragrant roses. The laundry is separated from the unit and has time restrictions on its use, it also costs extra. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again.

Delaware Property
Very clean house with all basic amenities provided. It was a big help to have a lot of little things you often overlook be available such as dish soap and sponges or board games and puzzles. Property manager was communicative, helpful and nice. The bed in the main bedroom is very squeaky, but it was a minor thing to get over. The location of the property is near many good food spots and close to the freeway, so travelling is convenient. Parking on the street for any extra cars can be tricky at certain times, the street is very full at night and into the morning, but there were spots here and there not too far down the street. Neighbors were quiet and cordial when we ran into them. Overall we had a great stay and would gladly return to this property!

The Perfect Condo for Our Stay
We traveled to San Jose to visit our daughter. In the past we have stayed at a hotel, but this condo was so much better. It was perfect for our stay and allowed us to have family come to us as well as us going to their place. Quiet neighbors and close to everything.
