"Property had a nice feel with the decor. Great view. Perfect distance to downtown for walking. Parking was always available and convenient. Also, close to some nice bakeries and park. Nice comfortable bed. It was pretty quiet considering the location and the other tenants. "

"The neighbourhood is in need of serious renovation compared to other districts in St. John’s. The apartment also needs overhaul. Everything is substandard. It's dark. Various minor repairs are required. Decoration and furniture are old-fashioned and have no charm. Even towels are frayed and gray from overwashing. It is not a place where one feels at home. We ended up leaving after just one night. We asked for a partial refund to no avail."

"My wife and I visited St.John’s to see friends and family. The location of our place was great and served well (but I knew it would be since I had grown up nearby). The view was great and parking was not difficult at all even if it was street parking. We also took in a show by the Spirit of Newfoundland which was a short walk away and a nice bonus."

"We spent 4 great nights in this immaculate jelly bean home with every amenity you need including a bbq. The bed was large and comfy, towels were thick and fluffy and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishware etc including some spices. The washing machine and dryer came in handy. "This was a great place to stay! It is in a great location to day trip to most of the Avalon Peninsula including St. John’s. You are so close you could walk to 3 whale watching tours and for the adventurous it is a 4km walk to the Bay Bulls lighthouse on the East Coast Trail. "This was my first time staying in a VRBO and Rob set the standard very high. It was clean, provided the comforts of home, and every detail was thought out. The house was well stocked with staples and communication with the host was timely and helpful. The location was great, we could walk to downtown George Street and Water Street.
