It would be helpful to show a photo of the couch folded out flat so potential guests can see that it's not a typical pull out full bed but a couch that flattens out which may not be suitable for some people. "We were going to stay in a hotel then found this listing that was less expensive and had more amenities that we liked (eg kitchen). The hosts put a lot of thought into making this little apartment comfortable and easy and we are glad we chose it over a hotel. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.
