Wonderful VRBO
The condo and the property are absolutely stunning. Amazing view of the beach which is very calm and swimmable. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bed is so soft and comfortable that we slept like babies. We did have a little trouble connecting to WiFi but the host Alice was so helpful and responsive that it was fixed fairly quickly. Security at the gate was awesome and made us feel safe.We have family in San Juan and so we go fairly often so we will definitely be back to this unit.

Great location
This property is very clean and Alice was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The view can’t be beat. Especially having morning coffee on the balcony. We rented a car but it was not needed. Everything is right there. 24 pharmacy and restaurants. Beach chairs provided but you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach.

Beautiful ocean views and FUN!
What a wonderful place to stay! We felt secure and safe. The property was very close, within feet, to the beach. The area is lively and exciting. The week days were less busy and more laid back. The condo had all the amenities we needed, plus more. We appreciated the beach supplies provided! The balcony and view were fantastic, too!

This property was spacious and accommodating. There is 24 hour security, the security staff are very kind and helpful. The owners were responsive and kept in touch. Very close to the airport, central location to activities and restaurants.

Perfect Stay in Puerto Rico
This is the third time staying in this condo, and it is safe to say that my mom and I love it. The owners are easy to work with, and they are great with communication. The place is always clean, and it has a beautiful view of the beach. The beach is literally a few steps away from the condo. My mom and I feel very safe on the beach here, and in the building. Everything we need is within walking distance, and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The building is secure from the street and from the beach. The pictures of the listing are accurate. The bed is very comfortable. We love Puerto Rico and we love this condo. We are starting to plan our next trip already, and we will definitely be booking this place!

Great home base for fun!
My wife and I enjoyed the condo. The photos make it seem as though you have a full view of the ocean, but there is another building that blocks some of the view. But it is still a nice balcony. The condo has nice but basic amenities but had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. And the access to the beach was great. We used the place as a base for our day trips. There is so much within a short distance. We walked to dinner and drinks every night and drove to the rainforest and other beaches during the day. As well as using the beach right out front. Overall the place was good. The only complaint was that is has a slight smell like it used to be a smokers condo. It was faint but noticeable. One evening someone on another balcony was smoking weed. We had to close the balcony and windows due to the smell. But that was only one evening.

Quick vacation
A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

Beautiful condo, beautiful location
My spouse and I stayed for two weeks in this well-located and well-appointed condo. Communication with owners was fantastic- we had a problem with the AC and they came over right away. FYI there is no oven; just a cooktop. Highly recommend!

This home is in a great area with beach front access. The pool area and playground were great. The security of the building make you feel like your in a resort. Food trucks on the beach, restaurants everywhere plus Foxwoods casino is just steps from this fabulous condo. Will definitely be returning to this great home.5 stars all day long.

Enjoyed our stay, but..
Please, i repeat please.. clean the bidet! After using i was sick for 12 hours on my vacation. Other than that, bed was comfortable, place was clean. Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and smelled of farm animals. Overall 8/10.

Clean modern - ON THE BEACH
Stayed July 1-8. Clean, spacious, modern, on a very nice beach! Two beach chairs and towels (along with several items provided by the owner were great. At the beach we got an umbrella rental $20 and lounge chairs $5 each. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice and included several amenities (blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, etc. I got a sunburned and greatly appreciated the aloe! Our 20 and 16 year old kids slept on living room couch and it was fine. We only wished they had blackout shades, like in the bedroom. Plenty of storage in the bedroom and living room. We didn’t use the kitchen (except the refrigerator) but it was nice. The first morning I woke up before the family. I sat on the balcony and really really really enjoyed the peace, quite and the beautiful view. We rented a car for a few days so the garage parking was convenient! There are several great restaurants in walking distance. The one across the street was excellent! It had delicious beef carpaccio (not what we typically eat), lobster risotto and everyone’s dinner was great. We went twice. Also across the street was a souvenir shop, an ATM, a small market and ice cream store. It was one of our BEST family vacations. We’d definitely go back!

Awesome views
Great place, clean with all the amenities. The controller for the TV wasn't working, I gave Alice a call, and she was there in 20 minute to solve the problem. The instructions to check in were very clear and accurate. She suggested riding the bus to Old San Juan, best decision we made, it was a great experience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again.
