Exactly as advertised
We couldn't have been more pleased with our Palma Vista rental unit. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Xiomara, the property manager, answered questions that arose within minutes. She was very helpful. The balcony and deck were our favorite places to hang out, with beautiful views of the ocean. The LR arrangement was generously sized to accommodate all six of us for dinner. Our usual routine is to eat out for half our dinners, but the unit was so inviting that we cooked and ate nearly all our meals at home. Seven Seas beach is 2 minutes away and gorgeous. Two other secluded beaches are 25 minutes walk through an enchanted mangrove forest. The marina where we charted a boat for snorkeling was an 8 minute car ride. And our day in the Old City of San Juan was an easy 1 hour car ride away. Can't name anything that we weren't completely satisfied with.

Stunning place!
Our family had a great stay at this spacious and tastefully decorated condo. The rooftop deck is amazing--you won't want to leave and explore. But please do! There are wonderful beaches and trails right by the condo. Our only adventure involved an island-wide power outage when we arrived, which made arrival a little complicated. Great communication with Kevin and the housekeeper.

somewhat disappointing
The apartment itself was very nice. Spacious and light. However some aspects of this rental were disappointing. My biggest complaint about this property was that it was advertised as "beachfront." It was not. There was a parking lot and a road between the property and the beach. In addition, the information sent to me was that housekeeping services were to be provided mid stay. They were not. And when we contacted the owner about this he failed to reply. (I will contact him and request a refund of 70 since this was the stated cost of "additional housekeeping services.") We found this strange against a backdrop of (to us excessive) a lengthy list of do's and don'ts -- mostly don'ts. There were admonitions to clean the BBQ, oven and microwave if any of these were not left in pristine condition. We did use the BBQ and tried to clean it but the cleaning tool by the BBQ was so old it was useless. We were told a new tool would be delivered. It was not. The pelmet on the kitchen window fell off and landed on the kitchen floor. We were told it would be fixed. It was not. (And no apology since it could easily have fallen of any of us.) Multiple instructions warned of soiling the white furniture, bed linens -- strange, we thought since if the owner is so concerned about dirtying the furniture that white had been chosen as the universal decorating color. Finally the TV and sound system was absurdly difficult -- 7 remotes with instructions that did not always work.

Luxury and Location
Accommodations are as expected: next level, clean, secure and a stone’s throw from the beach. We were never inconvenienced (prior posts discuss a pesky rooster during morning hours but we didn’t find it noteworthy.) and the owner went above and beyond our lodging needs to make sure we had a lay of the land as it relates to recommended places to go and dine. Memorable elements are plenty as this unit is concerned but the penthouse patio above the lodging shines above all for catching the sun or to spy a star filled sky. We made use of the kitchen but not to the extent one could - all you need and more to dine in If you grow tired of eating out. It is worth noting that the owners really want you enjoy your stay: plenty of beach chairs, and coolers, to make beach outings pleasant. I will leave you with this: a visiting friend stayed at the local Conquistador resort and while it is a full service establishment we heard too many nightmare stories during their stay there to further solidify that our choice was a sound one.

Beautiful Villa close to the Beach
We were so impressed with this villa. It is beautiful. The private roof top deck was my favorite spot. The beach is right across the street with a path leading to a hidden beach which was a fun adventure. The area has some great restaurants and my family enjoyed trying all seafood and local dishes. There is so much to do, the bioluminescent bay kayak tour was our favorite excursion. The check in process was easy. The villa was spotless when we checked in. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a beach vacation. The owners provided us with great information and tips for exploring the area, places to eat and where to shop.

Slippery when wet
Although the property was spacious and comfortable, the wet floor outside the backdoor, leading to the roof, was annoying (we had to mop up the water all the time), and dangerous, causing people to slip and have to hold on to the wall. Some kind of rubber mat would help. The inflatable mattress was a surprise, since it was not requested. It made it difficult to move around the bedroom, causing one of the guests to fall during the night.

Excellent
We were a family of 5 ranging in age from 17 to 80. We stayed for 1 week. The property was clean and felt safe. The updated appliances were a huge plus. The roof deck was beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms offered comfortable bed, lots of storage space and the air conditioners in each bedroom allowed us all to keep the nighttime temperature to our liking without needing to cool the entire apartment. We didn’t receive information regarding our property manager, details and driving directions until we were almost 2 days into our stay. Luckily, we had received the email with the “keys” to our trip and thus had the basic information we needed. The road remains closed just east of the property. Once this road opens, the location will be much more convenient. Meanwhile, we made the most of it and this property worked well as a jumping off point for our adventures. The beach directly across from the property is popular with locals, but had seaweed and wasn’t the picturesque beach scene we were looking for - hidden beach, a mile down the trail, was spectacular.

Beautiful location and property
We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment is spacious and well-appointed. The roof deck is beautiful with lovely views. It is very convenient to several beaches. There was road construction in front, but it was easy to cross to the beach. We enjoyed the local restaurants within a short walk.

EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR A RELAXING STAY
Six adults spent 8 days together in this penthouse. Immediate surroundings were lovely - pool, reserved parking and rooftop breeze and views. The ocean was too rough most days to swim, but we enjoyed the beach, park and refreshments nearby. The roosters woke us earlier than we wanted, but we learned to take afternoon naps! Both restaurants within walking distance were excellent and we really enjoyed the preserve and lighthouse. We cooked a few meals in the very well equipped kitchen. Honestly everything was outfitted extremely well. Our host thought of everything…even found earplugs in the bedroom drawer!

Comfortable penthouse condos
Loved the rooftop living space. Loads of beach chairs, towels, items for your crew to setup your spot. Condo was solid. Updated kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is very Puerto Rico. Nice condos Nextdoor and mobile home park surrounded by barbed wire across the street and behind. “Locals” beach was a short walk round the gate. During our stay, the street along the beach was under construction ( giant hole the size of a several swimming pools and kinda gated off). This caused us to make detours for most of our outings but was fine. Overall, I’d describe this as a “local’s vacation” spot. Not many frills, but easy beach access, views, and close to the awesome nature preserve. Enjoy!

Nice place but….
Had a nice trip and liked this property. Right across the street from Seven Seas beach - which isn’t a great swimming spot due to the rocks in the ocean. Reason for my dissatisfaction is that once we were in the property, both the owner and property didn’t respond d To my questions or when I had a water dispenser in the refrigerator doorr that wouldn’t stop dispensing water. The property manager took nearly three hours to get back to me. I also emailed the owner on our first day (of a week long stay) and NEVER got a response. Also note, there can be hidden fees (if you use the AC too much they’ll charge you for it).

Gorgeous condo in a prime location in Fajardo. The rooftop patio has great views of the water and it’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach, which will be shorter when some road repairs are done. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient when we had a minor issue. So many things to do locally if you’re not just planning on looking at the ocean all day.

Great Vacation
Everything was great the owners and the property manager were very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and will book again. The only draw back was there was construction across the street so getting in and out of the location was at times a bit difficult but overall it was a great location plenty to do and places to eat.

Great Family Vacation!
The apartment was super clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and we had a great time! One night the water was low, but it was in Kevin’s (the host) notes and we waited and it came back soon enough. This location was central to everything we wanted to do fishing, snorkeling, and rain forest. The pool was closed while we were there and Kevin arranged for us to go to another pool!! I definitely recommend this rental if you’re going to be in Puerto Rico!

Beautiful home
The house is beautiful and immaculately clean! I do wish we had a Bluetooth speaker for music on the rooftop deck, the description said there was one but when I asked about it the house manager said it had been stolen and they decided not to replace it. There was some major construction being done to the road right next to the villa but it didn’t ruin our vacation. Overall a wonderful time had by all! Would highly recommend!

Fun Stay in February 2023
We had a great time overall. Best part was the private roofdeck overlooking the water. The pool was nice but a little smaller than expected based on the pictures. Very convenient to El Yunque area (20 min), Fajardo bay and a few local restaurants. I recommend making reservations at La Estacion in advance if possible.

Beautiful property, well maintained across from Seven Seas Beach. Very clean and well appointed. Gorgeous rooftop terrace. Close to many activities I. Fajardo,Luquillo and Wl Junque. About 1-1.5 hours to San Juan. Would have given 5 stars except for a few issues - not under owner control- lots of construction on street- noise stars at 730 am on weekdays. Also one day of power outage during day - under owner control- windows in 2 smaller bedrooms are metal louvres that when closed let in no light(but let in sound) When open let’s in light but no glass so can’t use AC. Somewhat minor issue. Overall excellent condo with great amenities and excellent location.
