Beautiful location to immerse yourself in PR culture
The location is beautiful. It was nice after a long day to return someplace quiet and relaxing. Having coffee outside on any of the balconies while listening to the roosters was just what we needed. The biggest plus was air conditioning in every room. A big plus we learned being in Puerto Rico. The beach is in need of repairs, but other beaches are a short drive away.We got to see a parade in town while there. Biggest tip is take the non toll road coming from the airport. The coastline is beautiful.

Perfect for our family
This location worked well for us because we wanted to be close to Luquillo and Fajardo. My wife and I slept upstairs and I loved going out onto the terrace early morning and enjoyed the breeze and tranquility. The property has two pools and the beach is beautiful. It is a very calm and fairly private section of beach front. I swam every morning and the water was very warm. There is a store conveniently less than a minute from the property. I recommend the location to families of eight and under. The owner was very helpful, polite, and responded to any inquiries very quickly. I will be returning to stay again.

A little misleading
Although the condominium, itself, is pretty accurately depicted, the neighborhood of the condominium complex is the most crime-ridden in Puerto Rico. The beach access is right off the condo complex. However, it is dangerous, with broken glass, concrete and other debris in the water. The living unit, itself, is pretty nice. Though, the shower handle doesn't work in one of the bathrooms. It is also four flights of stairs to the unit, without an elevator. It was without any kitchen towels, as well.

Hello, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has walking access to a beach. Area is pretty safe. House was well maintained. The owner was very helpful in suggestions and ideas.

Lovely Stay
Thank you for a lovely stay! Eduardo was a kind and communicative host. The condo was clean and very cute! We loved watching the iguanas sunbath from the balcony. The beach had some damaged from recent weather (as mentioned in the listing) but still had plenty of space to set up an umbrella and towels. Lovely walk along the beach!

Awesome place
We chose NOT to stay in San Juan just to experience the people and the authenticity of PR without the touristy slant of things. The place we stayed in was a comfy condo placed in a working class neighborhood in Loiza. First off the condo was beautiful and even exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfy and cozy. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the water was always hot and has great pressure. The people in the neighborhood were just the most welcoming people we've ever met. We ate at the local Panaderias and the food was amazing. The host Edourdo was amazing. He was a true professional and delivered on everything he promised. Anything we needed, any questions, he was there on time with a solution. I definitely would recommend staying at this condo. My wife and I are looking forward to our next trip to the island and will definitely be booking with Edourdo.

Nice place to stay!
This unit in the condo was in great shape. It was so nice to have multiple balconies, so at any point, you could hang out in the sun or shade. Really, my only complaint is that we struggled with both the kitchen and bathroom faucets and controlling the water temperature. The host responded in a timely manner to our few questions. The condo was pretty quiet, even though we were there during Spring Break season, and the grounds were well-kept. We enjoyed the beach access and pool. We also appreciated beach towels provided, since they take up so much room in packing. The location is centrally located if you're going to go to San Juan and also Fajardo and/or Ceiba (Calubra ferry). It felt very secure with a 24 hour gate, but the security guards were not very helpful (very little English).

Beachfront Penthouse
The location of this property was perfect for what we wanted to do, which included seeing Laguna Grande in Fajardo, hiking in El Yunque National Forest, and enjoying the beach and food in Luquillo. It was an easy drive to San Juan. Eduardo went over and above answering our questions, his responses were prompt. The only minor concern was that the pictures of the gym online did not reflect what was actually there.

Perfect vacation home base
This was a perfect condo. It had plenty of space for our family of 5, it was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The complex security is 24/7 which is nice; the pool is great. Eduardo was always available to answer questions and make sure things were going well. We’d definitely come back! The location is so nice for attractions in the north east and west of San Juan too.

Great condo with amenities above and beyond our expectations
Enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were in Puerto Rico for my daughter’s wedding and needed a place that would accommodate our families that were arriving and leaving at different times snd each group needing different accommodations. Our host,Eduardo was always available and quick to answer our questions and accommodate us or direct us as needed. Place was clean and safe and beautiful inside and out. Would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great Host
Our host was very responsive and friendly. The property was just as described, bright and roomy. We were charmed by large iguanas right out side of the kitchen window resting on the trees. The location is about 30-45 minutes away from San Juan depending on traffic. The overall experience was great.
