Him & I get away
Property owner very nice provided details about Puerto Rico, notebook with places to visit and had previous people who added more to the notebook must see. Which helped!! We loved our ocean view sun down & sun rise breeze.

Amazing Beachfront Property!
This property is just as it is described and located directly on the beach, with beautiful views from the condo. Jo met us upon arrival to give us keys and answer any questions we had. She was available throughout our stay for questions but stayed out of our way otherwise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if we ever return to PR, would gladly stay in this exact spot!

Perfect Beachfront Stay
Beautiful, breathtaking view, right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and really anything you may need. If you desire to venture out of town, uber is super cheap for short drives, and car rental is right next door at the Marriott for day trips across the island. Jo is an amazing host, who cares about her guests and goes out of her way to ensure you have an enjoyable trip. 10/10 recommend.

Great Beach Getaway
We had a great time staying at this condo. Location was great. Walking distance to many great restaurants a beach right at the back door. Lots of extras like towels and chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the bedroom. Jo, the owner, was quick to respond and it was fixed immediately! Utilities were a bit dated but all worked fine. Was a bit disappointed that there was no “real” our conditioner in the living area. Just a small portable floor a/c. But, the cross winds made it very nice. Bedroom a/c very good.

11 Year Wedding Anniversary!!
Views of the ocean were spectacular!! We definitely give Jo an overall 5-star rating. Jo was extremely responsive to our needs and genuinely cared that we were her guests and that we had a wonderful vacation in her property and in Puerto Rico. Jo offered suggestions for everything from sites to entertainment to food. Should you need anything during your stay either Jo or the property manager will attend to your needs promptly. The property manager is also very amicable and accommodating. Puerto Rico's heat and humidity are no joke. Tradewinds are always helpful but also very warm. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud. If you need a quiet room this may not be for you. The AC unit in the living room is a mobile unit, not a window unit and is meant to run only 2 hours at a time then it needs to rest. The living room unit does not cool down the space as the bedroom unit does, however a large tower fan and ceiling fan is available to spread the cool air. Jo has furnished the condo with room darkening curtains in both the bedroom and living room. Keep them closed during the hottest part of the day. We were not in the condo in the daytime as we enjoyed site seeing and the beach right out your balcony, so the AC limitations were tolerable. During seasons less humid, Jo's unit has windows that open entirely to the sound of the ocean and breeze. Security at the property is excellent and ideally located! We will definitely be back for another vacation. Thank you! M & J

Condo was in a great location, right on the beach with lots of dining options in walking distance. The host offered nice extras like chairs,cooler and beach towels along with toiletries in case you forgot something. The bed was very comfortable and the complex was very quiet at night. I would advise anyone looking at this property to make sure you are physically able to walk 7 flights of stairs as the elevator was out twice during our stay.

Literal paradise
The property was exactly what we expected plus more. The location was amazing and the view you get from the unit never gets old. The host was very communicative and extremely friendly. We definitely plan on staying here again when we come back to PR. You will not regret booking at this location!

Marvelous view!
The location is very centric, if you don’t pay attention to the traffic and congestion of people. The apartment is very comfortable, and our property manager was very hospitable and engaging. The VRBO site provides some confusing information, like making you believe that the property has washer and dryer, instead of a laundry room, which by the way was very good. The other was that it indicated that the parking was $15 a day. It would be helpful if that information was corrected. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful spot
We loved it. There are a lot of little things that make you feel appreciated as a guest. A lovely welcome book with tips about traveling throughout Puerto Rico is waiting for you. The bathroom has extra supplies that came in handy. Beach chairs are available to use: The view is gorgeous. The location is great. You really do not need a car as you can walk or easily get an affordable Uber. For travel outside San Juan area a rental car for a day would work out great. The owner was attentive when we had an issue. Other guests and owners in the building were very friendly including the awesome property manager Jorge. Highly recommend!

Relaxing getaway in San Juan
Beautiful view from the 7th floor apartment with ocean sounds as background to our reading. Steps to the beach and the soft sands under our toes. Good eating in the area restaurants and Old San Juan was an easy Uber away. Will be back.

Amazing beachfront getaway!
Wonderful stay on Condado beach! Amazing views with incredible windows and the sounds of the ocean right into to condo! Jo was a great host and made everything so easy and smooth! Condo was well equipped with everything you could ask for including a shipping trolley cart which allowed us to do pick up a one time round of groceries for our stay! Super max for the win! Clean and comfortable with a wonderful king sized bed! We will definitely be back! Thanks Jo!

Great view right on the beach
Nice condo with living area, full kitchen and 1 bedroom and bath. Pictures were 100% accurate. This would be perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The building is older but the accommodations in this unit were updated. Gated building that needs key to get in and also a key used for elevator that only allowed access to specific floor with the unit. Only 4 units on 7th floor and this is on one of the ends so nobody walking past my door. Felt very safe. Did I mention the view? The windows open very wide to get immersive views of the beach and ocean waves. Spent a lot of time just looking out the window. There were beach towels, chairs, boogie boards available for use which was nice to have as an option when going down to the beach. Bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Location in Condado was convenient for lots of restaurants and local shops. Walking up and down the main avenue there were lots to choose from. CVS and Walgreens are half a block away and open 24 hours. I would consider staying here again when I return to Puerto Rico.

Great beachfront condo
Exit the building gate and 10 steps to the sand! Very nice 7th floor condo, well equipped with no detail overlooked. The owner Jo was very pleasant and helpful. Ocean breeze, ocean sounds, probably 100 restaurants within 5 mins walk, taxis always available outside the Marriott next door all made for a stress-free, quiet vacation which my wife and I were looking for. Already planning return visit.

Unbeatable views at Jo's place
Our stay at Jo's place made for a lovely vacation in San Juan. The apartment was clean, centrally located, and safe. The biggest stand out for me was being able to keep the windows open all day because you're up so high that bugs won't fly in. The breeze from the ocean through the windows made it so we didn't have to use the AC once! It was also very convenient to get rental car at the marriott enterprise (thanks for the rec Jo), and we found a street parking space right outside of the gate. Jo was very accommodating, had great recommendations, had clear communication, explained things well, answered questions quickly. I'll definitely stay here again if I am back in San Juan in the future! Thanks Jo.

Wonderful stay
Jo’s place is great. Very clean. Very welcoming. The bed and furniture were incredibly comfortable. Amble space for everything. Having beach chairs and towels is a real plus! We paid for parking in the complex which we recommend. The location is close to everything. It’s a great part of the beach and city. Jo was a great host and we enjoyed her as much as the stay.

Jo was great! The view was awesome! Walked barefoot from the room to the beach! Will stay here again! Free advice: Pay for parking inside the property, it’s worth it. Parking outside the gate is a nightmare.
