Perfection in San Juan!❤️
What an amazing stay in San Juan for our wedding anniversary! The condo is exactly as described and had everything that we needed. Location is wonderful. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Check in was very swift and communication with host Sally is extremely fast and easy! She provided us with great food recommendations and things to do in the surrounding areas. She even left us a beautiful anniversary gift and card!❤️. Please do not hesitate to stay at this lovely San Juan location

You won’t regret booking!
We had the absolute best time here. The place was so cute and Clean. Sally was the absolute greatest host and is quick to reply, and give amazing suggestions for what to do in the area. The apartment is central to lots of great places to eat and the security at the front desk gave us some great recommendations on where to go or first night. The security was amazing and every security guard we talked to was super friendly and helpful. We parked in the Normandy parking lot which was super convenient and very inexpensive. We loved that you could walk to Escambron Beach easily and do some self guided snorkeling! We saw many fish and even a sea turtle! We also also multiple seas turtles off our balcony in the bay! Zero complaints and so grateful we found Sally’s place for our first trip to Puerto Rico!

Great location and very comfortable accommodations!
This property was very clean and located next door to Hilton Caribe. Great beach and great restaurants nearby. Fun coffee shop around the corner. We lucked out and attended an International Beer Festival by our beach the night before we left. Great music, food and beer! Locals were very welcoming!

Visit and birthday trip
Description states balcony and it’s barely wide to stand. Jacuzzi was filthy with murky water and jets did not work. The hot water in the shower was scalding and not able to regulate but only lasted a couple of minutes then cold water. The grounds are very unkept. Sally the just was very helpful with recommendations but no assistance with the hot water issue or the jacuzzi

Great location!
We enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed and more. Really loved the pool and hot tub, just wished they stayed open past 8:00 pm. Security was great too.

Best time in beautiful Puerto Rico
The amazing view and accommodations of this property was just the cherry on top of an amazing week in Puerto Rico. It was our first time and it was incredible! From the host, the food, the beaches, the locals. We will be back sooner than later. Can’t say enough good things! 5 stars!

Loved a great getaway in February. Very clean place. The hosts were responsive and offered great advice. Great view from the balcony. One little nit-pick, the balcony is smaller than I thought but not a big deal. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!
This is a beautiful place to stay! We loved the gorgeous view, and the location was perfect. It was a quick Uber ride into Old San Juan each day for sightseeing and scrumptious dining. The beach is a short walk and has rental chairs and umbrellas. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the comforts of home. You will not be disappointed!

Wow...just WOW!
The property was exactly as described in the listing. Security was there 24 hours. The unit was clean and the view is AMAZING! Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and looking from your bed at the water was everything. The host was responsive and gave recommendations for things to see/food to eat in the area. Everything was great and the property is centrally located so getting to Old San Juan, Condado and Isla Verde were very easy. We took an Uber or rented motorized scooters which were great for getting to Old San Juan in 10 minutes and the views are spectacular! We will definitely be back😁

BEST VACATION
I wanna start off by saying how wonderful sally was in communicating with us about any concerns we had she’s awesome. She also gave us some pointers which we used including Uber which were no more then $12. The studio was just like the pictures and beautifully decorated with the most amazing view to wake up. The security guard downstairs was super nice & we spoke everyday all in all I would recommend anyone to stay here & we also used uber eats for those days we stayed in ! Can’t wait to go back

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I loved this getaway. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Room was right on the lagoon and the beach was a 5 to 10 walk. Some restaurants are with in walking distance. The most we spent on an Uber was 10.00 and we used it often. I would highly recommend staying here.

Birthday Trip
I absolutely LOVED staying here. I came for a week with my boyfriend for my birthday. Got to visit family and stay right in Condado. Amazing views, beautiful room, great communication with the host and so many fun things to do all around (walking distance). The only negative thing I have to say is that the water in the shower is either scorching hot or freezing cold.. for some reason, it didn’t stay at a warm temperature .. like in the middle? But, it may have just been user error LOL. Overall, I will definitely be returning to stay here. Thank you.

Great place to stay in San Juan
The apartment is beautifully decorated, (the pictures do not lie) and is very comfortable, The bathroom mimics a high end spa down to the thick beach towels. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect for our needs. There was no need to rent a car as we walked or took Ubers everywhere we went. Sally is a very thoughtful, attentive host. She quickly, responded to our questions when we reached out to her. We would definitely stay here again!

View can't be beat and the location is ideal! When we couldn't figure out how to use the new induction stovetop, the owners were immediately available by email, text and phone until they found the answer. This property and its owners are gems!

Perfect little place in the perfect location!
