Great house, location can't get any better than this!
This is a fantastic property! It is literally 30 seconds from the beach, and is stocked with everything you could ever want: beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sports toys, etc. The house had plenty of space for our group of 4, and is 12 min walking from a great grocery store (SuperMax). 5-10 min walking away from a ton of restaurants. The beach we had cannot be beat. We spent a day in Condado as well, and the beach here at Ocean Park was waayy more our speed (fewer tourists, less noisy, more local-feeling). We also had a late flight out on our last day and Ana (property manager) and Isabel (owner) were very kind and flexible with our check out, which we really appreciated. We did have some trouble with our hot tub not being hot for part of the trip, but we worked that out with the hosts. Also had more maintenance people in and out of the house than we expected (replacing the pool motor, plumbers for the outdoor shower, pool cleaners). However, Ana was very communicative the entire time, and was always there to answer our questions as well. 10/10 house, and 10/10 hosts!!

Low water pressure - No running water for 2 days
We visit Puerto Rico a few times a year. This was our experience at Isabel's duplex. The facts: Oct. 22 - Very little water pressure upon our arrival Oct. 24 - Running water turned to drips -Toilet would not flush -Toilet tank empty Oct. 25 - Property manager (Ana) told us to manually fill up toilet tank with water from downstairs kitchen faucet -Ran up and down stairs multiple times to do this -Water pressure very low on 1st floor Oct. 26 early morning - no running water in bathroom -Requested refund for 2 nights -Was told to contact Isabel for refund October 27 night - Isabel apologized, said it's PR's system, offered a compensation October 26-28 - no running water inside entire condo--No toilet, no bathroom/kitchen sinks, no shower More facts: -We used our water bottles for hygiene -Pillows/sheets smelled/looked dirty upon arrival (probably no water to wash them) -Asked for refund for 2 nights of no water -Received $114 total from Isabel (1 night=$190) -Was told VRBO's policy is 30% a night -Called VRBO-was told this isn't true/no such thing -VRBO said owner gives what $ they want to Told by owner and property manager: This happens It's PR's system Sorry There's nothing we can do about it Public infrastructure is not our problem ***We've been to PR many times and this has never happened to us. We were waiting on Isabel to get back to us, and by the time she did, we only had 1 day left that we didn't want to waste on looking for a hotel. Think 2x!

Wonderful!
Location! Location! Location! This place has it all…the private pool was so wonderful. Restaurants just up the quiet street. No hassle parking was so lovely to come home to every night. Kind neighbors, responsive host, good property manager. We’ll be back!

A fantastic experience
The property is a perfect place by the beach . The place became our home a few days in and we lived how safe and quiet the block was. Ana was our point of contact and she is the goods! Can't wait to come back.

Delightful
My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. I would totally recommend this property!

We had a wonderful time! The location is fabulous as are the owners/property managers. Wonderful communication. Pool/tub at night is fabulous! We walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and enjoyed days of exploration. We did rent a car and there was a spot provided to us. Very thankful for that as parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

Great place
It was a nice little spot for my family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool. It’s very tiny and more like a large hot tub but perfect for young kids. The staff were wonderful and we never had any issues with communication. My only suggestion would be to get some more comfortable furniture. The couch has seen better days. Overall, it’s a great place with great hosts. Thanks!

This rental totally met our needs. Plenty of space for my two adult kids and me. Great kitchen for in-house meals. Very walkable to beach, restuarants, bars, etc. Lots of extras, like beach chairs, coolers, blender, pitchers, beach towels, and more!

Excellen stay!
Loved our stay! We travel a lot and always use VRBO. The communication here was impeccable!! We are very low maintenance, but they were always there to answer our questions on where to go. The management team went over and beyond!! We really enjoyed the unit itself and location. Thanks again for letting us stay in your unit. We will be back next year!!

Everything You Could Want
Beautiful space, convenient location, great advice on other places to explore. Beds were comfortable. The beach was incredible—especially near sunset, all the locals come out to walk their dogs and socialize in the ocean. Just a special place!

Pure Happiness
We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. The location can't be beat - right by the beach, which is so handy to go back and forth as needed. There were quite a few wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We didn't rent a car, but were easily able to use Uber to get to the more distant attractions such as Old San Juan, El Morro and Casa Bacardi. I am glad we weren't driving because parking at the house would have been a little tight, which is not surprising in the city. The house itself was very comfortable, it was just right for 4 of us. It was nice to spend time in the small front courtyard in the mornings with coffee, and the rear courtyard had the small jetted pool which was such a fun place to hang out at the end of the day. Having a washer and dryer right there was very helpful too. Isobel was lovely as was Ana the caretaker. I highly recommend this lovely house and area!

Amazing beach getaway
The apartment is super close to the beach with it just being down an alleyway out the front gate. This was really nice with having a one year old who wasn’t always wanting to stay there that long. They had some beach chairs and toys to take over there too. The pool was heated which was nice when we wanted to hop in later at night. It is located with easy access to the main highway for traveling around the country. And the local streets around it seemed safe while we walked all over to explore the area. The downstairs has nice sitting areas for hanging out or eating. It was nice to have the kitchen to make a few meals there too, but Isabel and Ana have a list of some of the better places within a short 5 minute walk. Don’t miss the numero uno beach restaurant for a nice breakfast or lunch just down the beach from the apartment. There is a ton of great places to eat all types of food around this great location too. The bedroom, bathroom, and loft are all upstairs and have fans everywhere so you aren’t too hot while sleeping. They made sure we had a playpen for our little one to sleep in which was very helpful for us. We usually try to go to new locations when we travel, but would love to come back here again and stay at this beach getaway.

Ocean park beach condo
Ceiling dripped water by main entrance .Large propane tank in patio. Was said to be 12 steps to beach, but really about 60. Lighting was bad inside. Pool/ hot tub was nice. They said it was a 2 bath condo, but the only bath inside was very small, almost uncomfortable. The other so called bath was a shower head by the patio gate entrance. 2 1/2 stars

An absolutely fantastic home just steps from a great beach!
It's clear that the owners really care about their home and love to share it with others. Having a downstairs living area and upstairs bedrooms/bath was great, too; it really felt like we had plenty of room. We've stayed in a number of VRBOs, and some have kitchens that seem to assume that the renters don't cook. We do a fair amount of cooking while we travel, and this kitchen had LOTS of pots, pans, plates, utensils; basically, all you need! The only thing it didn't have was an oven, but the toaster oven was fine. Pool ... laundry area ... plenty of towels ... beach equipment ... a great TV (Netflix, etc. capabilities) ... basically, everything you need regardless of whether you're staying for a week or a month! Plus, whenever we had a question, it was answered right away. Also, there was a short power outage in the area one day, and the generator worked beautifully. Would HIGHLY recommend ... and we plan to return!

Dream location with a pool!
Isabel’s rental was perfect for our girl’s trip to San Juan. The space has a wonderful indoor/outdoor feel with all of the comforts of home - a fully stocked kitchen, cold AC, two TVs, and very comfortable beds and linens. She has also supplied everything you need for the beach which is about 15 steps from the front door! The location is within blocks of a number of amazing restaurants and bars. Isabel and Ana were so communicative and even quickly helped us when we locked ourselves out of the gate! We will definitely be back in the future.

Everything about our trip to Puerto Rico was absolutely perfect. This condo was perfectly located. Steps from the beach. We explored several different areas of the island and loved coming back to this place every evening. I hope to stay here next time as well. The 4 of us were quite comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Our kids fell in love with Cookie the neighborhood Csr
Although we missed 2 days of our stay due to a flight cancellations and flt delays, we really enjoyed the short time we did have there. We arrived at 11pm and the kids jumped right in the private pool. The location is perfect. Just steps away from the beach. We were visiting from Hawaii so didn’t have too much beach time but I loved how close it was and how the townhome was equipped with boogie boards,beach chairs,beach towels and sunscreen. I enjoyed my coffee and quesitos at Kasalta’s bakery every morning and delicious authentic Puerto Rican food as the restaurants were just a quick 5 to 10 minute walk from the townhouse. We were grateful for the recommendations both Isabel and Ana shared with us. We had a couple of mishaps with the shower and TV connection, but Ana, our host, was quick in getting back to us and coming in to fix the issues we experienced. My son honestly didn't mind using the outdoor shower. It meant more time with Cookie the neighborhood mascot. Both my kids fell in love with the cat and helped care for him using food provided in the mailbox. Yes well equipped with even cat food! I personally loved the art decor and the beachy feel and the red streets lights to protect the baby turtles. I never felt unsafe having around the clock security. We really look forward to returning and I have recommended this place to several of my friends and family. A hui hou!
