The good and the bad
The good - Dorado Beach area is beautiful! The property is safe, secure and clean. There are restaurants nearby and supermarket. There’s a small pool near the unit, and the beach is a quick drive away, it’s safe because it’s in a cove.
The Bad - AC unit downstairs is loud. Hot water is unpredictable. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty.
Club Membership- Get the membership! They make it seem like it’s an option and that you can use the amenities without it; You sort of can, but not really. To get into the pool by the beach you need a member number. To order a drink, you need a member number. To order food, you need a member number. They have to let you in because it’s a “public beach” but you feel like a squatter. Get the membership! Some properties come with it. Some just ask for the weekly fee, others ask for a deposit which varies by property owner.
I would increase the nightly rate and include it in the price, otherwise you’re better off staying somewhere else.
