"The units are either new or just renovated. Still has the new smell. Very clean and awesome setup! Super comfy beds. We have a family of four and it was perfect for us. Super convenient. Don’t let the “no parking spot” scare you. We always found a daytime spot right out front, and an overnight spot just a couple blocks away. We stayed four nights and had an amazing time! "

"The photos make it look incredible, but it was even better than we ever could have hoped. We were 14 family members, ages 1-74 and there were 2 rowboats, and 8 kayaks! Perfection! "Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. "This is a beautiful cottage stocked with every amenity you might need. Plenty of extra linens, paper products, basic toiletries, etc that are not always provided but that make vacation so much more stress free. John made the entire process, from check-in throughout our entire stay, so seamless, and he made it clear that he was available day or night for any issues that might arise. Definitely one of our best rental experiences ever! If we return to Orcas Island, we will definitely be returning...

"Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. Otherwise, great low price...
