Randal the owner is very responsive via What'sApp and the grounds keeper does his job without interfering with the guests enjoyment of the property. The pool man Alexander was beyond helpful even changing a tire for us when we discovered a flat. Having a washer onsite was good and hanging the clothes on the clothes lines was quite sufficient for drying, though for the off season a dryer would be needed.The pool is a...

"Easy to get to. Very nice neighborhood. Clean and modern with individual A/C for each room. Suzanne met us in front of house and walked us through the operation and features of property. The 2 brochures they sent us ahead of time were very informational and useful. We stayed at 3 properties in various towns on this trip and this was the concensus favorite."

"This house served us well as a base for our adventures around Paquera. We visited Curu, beaches, and bioluminescent kayaking during our stay. We were able to make meals and spend some time at the house in the AC. We saw the macaws and oranged chinned parakeets from the yard. This place is nothing fancy but it was perfect for us. "
