Se trata de una casa independiente, nueva, decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene todo lo imprescindible para una agradable estancia. Camas muy cómodas. Disfrutamos mucho la piscina. La comunicación con la dueña muy fluida. Muy recomendable para familias.

Lovely villa slightly underwhelming
To start I explained we would arrive early due to flight issues, and was told we would be notified if the villa was ready early, this was not the case we sat at a local bar waiting for a call for over three hours that never arrived, when the taxi did drop us off at the villa it looked ready? Upon arrival, I do think small things makes a massive impression, maybe a few tea bags or jar of coffee/small bottle of milk? more than 3 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 5/dishwasher tablets? instead a warm bottle of wine and tin of olives… the house didn’t look as though it had been properly cleaned/mopped, still hairs on the floors etc. both parasols tatty/broken so no shade new one did turn up but the day before we left for home, owner suggested we walked to the local shop and buy our own and get a refund. Mid holiday a gardener turned up and was there a couple of hours, surely this should be done before guests arrive? BBQ out of gas and wasn’t cleaned, blocked burner. Tiles missing in the pool, sharp under the foot. I think the photos should be updated to show the current state, maybe a little TLC for the villa. Then on the last night the jacuzzi broke, communication to see if this was resolved or help was quite poor. Overall an OK holiday but sadly I wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful villa, in a complex town
Our first time in the area of San Pedro del Pinatar, though we've stayed in the nearby area of Pilar de la Horadada. First thing to say, the villa and the immediate neighbourhood are fantastic. The villa is clean and well furnished and has every mod con you could require. The outside areas are clean and well appointed. There is no dedicated parking but we never had a problem finding a space. The surrounding town is a bit less enchanting, once you get off the main roads its a matrix of one way streets and finding your way without a sat nav is tough. That's the only real downside though, the restaurants and bars are good, the local beaches are nice and the Salinas and the circular walk around them and along the beach was beautiful and we did that more than once.

Grillen i dåligt skick
Vid ankomst sades det att vi inte skulle tveka att använda grillen och dammsugaren Grillen var en disaster, inte rengjord den senaste månaderna, knäppte kort som jag kan skicka till er Dammsugaren ar omöjlig att använda eftersom den inte var rengjord, var tvungen att ta isär och rengöra filtret, men det hjälpte inte eftersom den inte har varit rengjord i munstycket som var totalt fullt med gammalt hår, mm mm Fyllde på med lite köks redskap, kniv o skärpstål. I övrigt en toppenfilm villa väl utrustat med porslin o glad, saknade 2 solsängar, vi var 6 st och det fanns bara 4 Skärpning

C'était la 2ième fois que nous séjournons dans cette superbe villa très confortable. Proche à toutes commodités, la villa a tout ce qu'il faut pour se reposer et pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Il y a des supers restaurants à pieds et la reserve naturelle, Mar Menor et le Méditerranée offrent aussi de très bonnes options pour une belle balade. On recommande sans hésitation.

A very comfortable stay
The property was exactly as described and was clean and tidy. Paul was very accommodating when we had a few questions. The property was in our opinion extremely well equipped. The wine, beers and ciders on arrival were very well received. Pool was lovely and well maintained. Would recommend.

Beautiful Villa
We loved Villa Azul. It was exactly as described. It was modern, clean and with excellent facilities. The area is very residential with many holiday homes, apartments etc but there were two good supermarkets and a lovely Italian restaurant within a short walk. It was extremely hot when we were there so we didn’t walk to the Marina (approximately 45 mins) or Lo Pagan (approximately 30mins). Instead we made frequent use of the local taxi service to these places and surrounding villages which usually cost less than 10 euro.

Fantastic short break
We stayed at Villa Azul for 4 nights and it was fantastic. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured. The pool was bigger than expected and plenty of cups/plates etc for 6 adults. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend the property whole heartedly. Paul communicated well with the member of our party who arrived first and she said check in with very smooth and Paul was very helpful. 10/10 - would stay again :)

Lovely clean modern Villa
Met by Paul, who didn’t really offer any information about the surrounding area. The Villa is in a quiet neighbourhood so don’t expect wall to wall food & drink options without a good walk. Harbour & beach walkable in under an hour or a 8€ taxi. We had a lovely holiday in a super Villa plenty of cooking utensils etc. with a wonderful over sized & spotlessly clean pool. Thanks for a great stay

Super villa tout confort
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique dans la Villa Azul, qui est très bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut. Située au calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, deux supermarchés, l'excellent marché hebdomadaire de San Pedro et une sélection de bons restaurants il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour la vie quotidienne. Les plages sont à trois minutes en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied. Le confort était bien au rendez-vous avec une mention spéciale pour la literie. Nous repétérions l'expérience sans hésitation.

6 weeks of relaxing
Villa Azul was so much more than we expected. We booked the villa for 6 weeks not sure if that would be too long! It wasn't long enough. Veronique has a lovely family villa. It's contemporary and all the fittings and accessories are of a high standard we felt very much at home. San Pedro is a good area for exploring the Mar Menor and further. We booked a couple of nights in Valencia. We visited Murcia town, Categena, Altea and many more places. We spent lots of days relaxing by the pool also. Highly recommend no complaints

Zeer net en proper huisje in een rustige straat. Alles was voldoende voorzien voor een verblijf met 5 personen met nog enkele kookpotten en pannen extra zou het perfect zijn. Heel erg goede matrassen op de bedden. Aangenaam contact gehad met Veronique per mail en met Paul ter plaatse.
