"We enjoyed a fabulous week at Eric's villa. The outside is the star attraction - the pool is large and was lovely to cool off in, and there are a selection of places to sit and relax along with a barbeque right next to the dinner table.It is about a half hour walk into San Vito - a lovely little town with plenty going on and a good selection of bars and restaurants.The villa is very well equipped, externally with bikes, table tennis and a variety of games, and internally with all the facilities...

"Absolutely beautiful villa, with gorgeous pool and grounds. Really spacious and beautifully developed property. Air-conditioning kept the lovely bedrooms cool and very comfortable. The large indoor / outdoor kitchen right by the pool is a fabulous social space, we loved using the grill and pizza oven. Lots of separate outdoor seating areas and gardens were very well maintained.
