We had a nice family week at the Maston Lake Paradise. We had booked under one manager, but a different one (Cody) was in charge by the time our week arrived. We found the place clean, well stocked with towels, (even beach towels), (though more washcloths and kitchen towels would be helpful). The kitchen had most of the essentials, even coffee and filters! But a few more baking pans would also be helpful. We had a problem getting in the WI-FI, a new modem had to be installed.. not Cody's fault, but just our initial issue. Cody and Zach were quick to respond to our early issues, even coming out to check things out with the WI-FI, and help if they could. Cody did ask us for things that we thought could be fixed that would make this property even better, so our suggestions would be:1. Get curtains up in the other 2 bedrooms and the kitchen.2. We couldn't get the downstairs shower to work much beyond on weak stream, so all of us used the upstairs shower.3. Towels racks/ hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful.It was great to have the pontoon, (though it was showing more wear than we were expecting),and we enjoyed the floating raft!
